How to make wide feet more narrow?
Not only did my feet narrow but reduced a whole shoe size!! I randomly went into a Good Feet Store to buy some products for relief from my Plantar Fasciiitis which was swollen so much it even made my feet feel wider. The minute she put these arch support devices under my feet, in my own shoes that I walk in with, the pressure off my heel was immediate and I could walk without pain then the strangest thing happened as she was lacing up my shoes, my toes felt lifted and supported, raising the arches up from flattening, putting that curve back into the center of my foot. To my surprise, my toes were pulled back almost an inch from the tip of the shoe and my foot didn t feel like it was "fish-tailing" at all in the extra wide toe box... therefore giving me a more narrow foot. As I continued to walk with great relief on my heels the swelling started to came down drastically right in the store, I understand I ve gain a little weight over the years but that really flatten my arches then forcing my foot to spread to its abnormal width. Now I use a Good Feet "Exerciser" product to strengthening my arches not to fall becoming weak. and my feet are almost completely restored to the original shape.
Is there any way to compliment a girl without being too direct?
It is much nicer to get a compliment rather than a half compliment. Why do you have trouble with that? It doesn't matter if it's going to a female, a compliment doesn't mean a come on. It just means you like something that someone has and I can't imagine someone not enjoying hearing that directly, although I can imagine them thinking was that the closest this person could do to make a compliment.
How do i get a cut cantaloupe to ripen?
I bought an organic cantaloupe at the market today (great price 69c each), and some imported proscuitto and thought i was going to have a great lunch, but when i got home i cut into the cantaloupe and it wasnt quite ripe enough....now its in half covered in plastic in my fridge, is there any way to get it to ripen so i can eat it before it goes bad?
How to stretch Dance tights so they fit?
Did you only just buy them? When you first take out a new pair of dance/theatrical stockings they feel awfully tight and clingy, but once you put them on and move around in them a bit they'll always stretch to their real size. If they really are a bit too small, I can only suggest moisturising your legs before putting them on, and, starting at the toe, really stretching the material along. The slightly damp surface of the moisurised skin will hold them like this for quite a while. Of course, if they're so tight that the crutch is halfway down to your knees, you'd better just grab a new pair (hopefully you could do an exchange). All the best!

How do you reduce the amount of smoke produced by a wood fire?
Direct one or more fans at the base of the fire once the fire going! Smoke is the result of incomplete combustion, due to a fire-retardant (e.g. water from green wood), and/or due to lack of oxygen for perfect combustion. Leaves have lots of surface area, so they burn more quickly. A pile of leaves burning very quickly consumes the nearby oxygen faster than the oxygen can be sucked in from the surrounding air. When this happens, the leaves can not burn completely, and the little bits that don't have enough oxygen to burn completely become soot and smoke. By using a fan to move more air into the fire, you are feeding the fire more oxygen. A fan, or your breath, or a bellows, allows the fuel to combust more completely, reducing smoke. BE CAREFUL THOUGH: 1) Adding more available oxygen will make the fire MUCH HOTTER-- think about how a blacksmith uses bellows to make a normal wood fire melt metal! 2) A stream of air will move bits around, and if they are flaming bits, you'd better be ready. Start off slow, with the air aimed towards the very base of the fire until you know what to expect, and DON'T LET YOUR GUARD DOWN if you have reason to be concerned about the fire's spreading to nearby material! And Finally: this is a great way to get charcoal for a BBQ evenly ready in less time! I use an electric hairdryer (on cold is fine!) to get a chimney full of coals ready for cooking in 6 or 7 minutes!
Printer uses too much ink?? Help?
Alright, so the deal is that I have an epson sylus c120 printer and it seems like I'm going through ink way too fast. I'm 13 so I do have a lot of things to print for school, but since I've gotten new cartridges, I've really only printed about 4 or 5 things. But, I'm pretty much COMPLETELY out of ink. The other thing is, it's not only the black ink, it's the colors too!! I NEVER HAVE PRINTED ANYTHING IN COLOR WITH THESE CARTRIDGES.. My dad gets frustrated about constantly buying cartridges, especially ones we don't use. The setting is on "black ink only", which really makes me wonder WHY it's still using up all the colors. We put in 2 black ink cartridges at a time; they're both about empty. The yellow & cyan have even less left than the black, and the magenta has a little more than the black. So as you can see, the printer is pretty much eating up ALL of the cartridges, even though I print in black & white. The printer won't function without ALL of the cartridges :/ So, is there any way we can use less ink? Any setting or something.....? He's considered just buying a new printer alltogether.. any suggestions what to do about this? ugggh. Thanks
