Is there anyone want to be my penpal?

If you’re looking for pen pals…I recommend the Pen Pals app! It’s a very friendly community and I’ve talked to people from 10 different countries. That’s pretty cool. Most importantly, most of the apps out there try to make you pay to communicate or chat once you’ve made a connection. This is completely free. And who doesn’t like free?Pen Pals - Meet New People on the App StorePen Pals® - Meet New People - Android Apps on Google Play

How can I speak Italian fluently?

I think the answer by Colin de Wit is very complete. I would recommend making taking a course to learn grammar and pronunciation first. Then try to find Italian speaking friends to speak with, pen pals to communciate with especially on Skype, etc. Listen to music, watch tv programs and movies in Italian and read newspapers, magazines and books even in digital versions.  The best way of course is to spend time in Italy, either working or studying in a good language school. I learned Italian after I had studied French in college so I was advantaged because of the similarities. But I was lucky because I lived in North Beach in San Francisco for 6 years and heard Italian spoken in the shops by Italians living and working there. Then I came to live in Italy. So now I speak it very fluently. But since I don't have much chance to use my French I have been losing the skills I developed during college.
