Is the Prince of Tennis manga still going in Japan?
The original one is over but there's a new Prince of Tennis manga by the same author, you can say it's part 2. It continues what happened in the "Prince of Tennis ", after the end of the tournament . In "The New Prince of Tennis," Ryoma and the others (team members and teams they faced) begin a new adventure when they are the only 50 middle school students to be invited to the Japanese High School Representatives Selection Camp where only the top potentials in the Japanese tennis world train.
Why are the Manga chapters of The New Prince of Tennis being released so late?
It mostly depends on how fast the translation/cleaning the raw scans/proofreading is done on fan translation sites.It depends of the priority of those sites on how fast they release chapters of a particular series.Unlike popularity of the prequel, the current prince of tennis series doesn't seem to be that popular.(Plus sometimes author may take an extended break due to various reason)If a series is popular like one piece or attack on titan the chapter will be released within a day or two maximum three or a specific site which is dedicated to a specific manga or the translator of a group takes personal interest in a specific series.If an old series which is not given high priority like take the manga hammer session on s2scans group or any old shoujo series on chiba manga site.Many series are left unfinished even though the manga ended years ago but the site left it untranslated since that particular series was not given attention so it falls to the side.But from what i can tell the series is probably not a high priority to any specific translation group. Prince of Tennis Anime or Manga?
It's up to you but... here's my opinion: If Anime, It has a total of 178 episodes. It will take you a while to finish it all =.= Plus the OVA series has 26 episodes... but it's worth to watch :) If Manga, A total of 379 chapters O_O The story is interesting and better than the anime because some parts of the anime is not exactly based on the manga for example, chapter 206(manga) and episode 121(anime) if I'm correct, both are not exactly the same =.= Plus the new manga: "Shin Tennis no Oujisama" that has 25 chapters (still ongoing) That's all I have to say =.= PoT fangirl BTW :)
New prince of tennis manga ended or stopped being translated?

As you can see on the page for Zombie Loan, the series is licensed in English. Sometimes the scanlators will stop translating sometime after licensing. Again, you'll have to check them out if you want to know for sure.

ive yet to see romance in it... i dont even think there a female characters in it. And of coruse theres no yaoi either.

As far as I know (I have read the prince of tennis manga and the new prince of tennis mang [season 2 i guess]) the didn't kiss... but there are some scenes that they seem to be sweet though... haha. I've watched the anime for about 200 times. haha. I love tezuka Kunimitsu.
What is the manga "The Prince of Tennis" about?
This manga is about a prodigy tennis player named Ryoma Echizen. His goal is to become the best tennis player in the world. He first goes through his clubs, which has some formidable seniors, then Japan’s Nationals, and now, with the New Prince of Tennis, Ryoma is aiming for the world.*SPOILER ALERT*In the beginning, the tennis is very realistic. Some tennis moves are explained, I believe, in terms of physics(for some). Then, it derails into the trope that most sports anime fall to… the extra special cool moves, abilities that are near magical… instead of taking the Slam Dunk route(which is what I call it)-about more realistic matches, more emotion-packed and intense matches.Also, this girl, Sakuno, has a crush on him, but Ryoma is either too dense, or he doesn’t care.P.S.I haven’t caught up with Prince of Tennis for quite a while. So, I may be missing some parts.Read Baby Steps. Much more realistic and intense-especially mentally.
In prince of tennis do ryoma and sakuno really kiss?
I have watched the entire anime and read almost every chapter in the manga out, and i have never seen that, so I saw with confidence that it is not true. Plus the style is not the same as the mangka for PoT, so it may have been some very well drawn fan art.
Is the tennis played in the anime "Prince Of Tennis" possible?
Certain concepts are little glorified in the anime, like Tezuka Zone, Triple counter, but it is a fact that most of the shots are actually possible. The Kick Serve, Drive B, Twist Serve, are all practical. Yes, the angles, the spin, are over exaggerated but they are actual shots. You might not be able to do Zero Degree Shiki but you can make the ball bounce back in your court, it's all about imparting enough spin to it. Drive B is forehand with really high topspin. Twist serve, kick serves are used by even at college levels. Boomerang snake is pretty much like Nadal's Banana shot. They have exaggerated many things for giving it an anime feel, we can say something are possible while some are not.
