This is EXACTLY why pre-birth matching should NOT take place. It's coercive - and/or people can get ripped off. No money should be paid to an expectant mother. A mother should be allowed to work out if she wishes to parent or not - without any outside influence from adoption agencies or prospective adoptive parents. A mother has every right in the world to parent her own child - if she wishes. If you chose to pay a heap of things pre-baby...........your loss. You shouldn't have. I do hope you don't get angry at her for wanting to parent. It's what is best for mother and child. Let this be a warning to others desperate to adopt - do not pay for anything prior to a mother relinquishing.

If nothing else set aside as much money as you can afford on a regular basis even if the amount is small and is only placed in a bank savings account. Adding to it and increasing the amount you contribute each time you are able will result in continued and steady growth which over time will amount to a considerable investment.Placing that money in an IRA or mutual fund account with very low risk and a bit more substantial return will also build a tidy sum into a grand one.At 18 the thought of retirement is hardly a consideration, however, that day will come and if you have established a habit of saving through out your earning years you will reap a substantial reward.
Can hubby leave army basic training to see birth of son?
Welcome to the service. Like life in general, it is what *you* make of it. Recruiters are not the experts on what can be done. Unfortunately, there are a number of recruiters that will say anything to get someone to sign up. Here is what you do. Go to the base's website. The address shoudl end in .mil. So it shodl be something like www.Fortwhatever.army.mil. K? Look around that site for things like family info, conact us or best bet, the Ombudsman. Call any of those numbers and they'll put you on the right track. You need to get smart on being an Army wife. There are a lot of benefits that you and he are entitled to but if he's in Basic, he won't have a lot of time to find out about them. As an example, my children were both born on bases at Navy hospitals and I didn't even receive a bill from the hospital. Find out about the Army Relief Society, get smart on the pay scales and how he gets paid, find out about the post exchange (the base's store). SOMEWHERE, probably on that website, there is a"Welcome to the Army" class for new spouses. Take it. Finally, remember this. SPouses of those that serve are in a class by themselves. Arm WIves, just like Navy wives, Marines wives and Air Force wives, can do anything. They're as tough as nails!

Let me guess: You, or someone close to you, is romantically engaged with someone who contacted you/your friend online. This person is claiming to be serving with the US Army somewhere, and wants to go on leave to visit you/your friend, but need you to cover costs associated with getting leave, possibly also travel costs back to the “normal world”. You’ve never actually met this guy face to face, but you may have spoken on the phone. Will my dogs stomach go back to normal after giving birth?
My pitbull recently gave birth to 10 pitbull/boxer puppies, which all survived, and her stomach is extreamly saggy, and the nipples are still filled with milk. Now I know that the puppies are still nursing, but I want to know how long after the puppies stop nursing will her stomach go back to normal, and if it will even go back to normal. Her nipples and the areas around her nipples, [pretty much her whole stomach] is covered with scratches from the puppies claws and teeth, I've clipped their nails just after 3 weeks to stop them from tearing up her belly, but it hasnt really helped. I just want to know if her stomach will go back to normal after such a large litter. This was also her first litter, and her pregnancy was a complete accident. It was not my fault because I was not watching the dog at this time so I don't have room for any of you criticizers to be talking cr*p. The puppies are also completely healthy and living in a great home.
