Wolverine (Marvel) Vs Batman (DC) who takes it?
When they face off Batman will have a very short amount of time (basically as long as it takes Logan to reach him) to deduce what he knows about his opponent, come up with a plan, and put it into effect. If Batman has a file on Logan and knows that there is going to be a fight, he will obviously show up with some way to incapacitate the X-Man, possibly through the use of magnets on his skeleton. If not, he will have to think as quickly as he ever has, because Wolverine will not stop until Bats is dead. That's about two-seconds of time to figure out what to do while Logan runs towards him, claws unsheathed. With time to prepare, Batman wins. If they just meet and throw-down, Wolverine will wear the Utility Belt as a trophy.
Who would win superman or wolverine?
I can't stand Superman but even I'd admit that he'd kick Wolverine's butt all over the place, which actually seems to happen quite often anyways. If it weren't for his healing factor, I think Wolverine would be quite screwed.Then again, I guess Superman has his lucky bits too.

several years back there was a sanctioned Marvel VS DC crossover. one of the fights in the cross over was wolverine versus lobo(lobo is essentially DC's wolverine,just no claws) wolverine emerged the victor, due to fan votes, but lobo would have eaten logan alive. and thpough lobo is extremely powerful, superman trumps him. so it's safe to assume that superman would win for these reasons: 1: wolverine's claws would be utterly useless. 2: though wolverine has greater than human strength(one would to move a metal skeleton), it's nowhere near the evel needed to do physical harm to superman under the effects of a yellow sun. 3: wolverine is not equipped to handle Kal-El's speed(could have said strength, but wolvie fought the hulk to a draw), or his other innate abilities(freeze breath, super breath, heat vision) 4: although wolverine can heal, it's relative to the injury he sustains. if supes pulled off logans flesh, logan would not get up in 2 minutes completely healed. cuts and scrapes, even deep ones can heal very quickly though. 5: it would only take one solid punch to put wolverine down(and maybe even dent his adamantium skull). and supes could uncork one at any time. at the end of the day, wolverine is just horribly outclassed.

Everything nowadays depends on the writer, but someone who isn't going to be bias, would make his healing factor how it should be, he can heal and survive a decapitation, as if you separate his brain and his body, he'll die, this theory has been proved wrong.In the Civil War storyline, Wolverine is blown up be Nitro with increase powers, he power is to become a bomb, and he took the Mutant Growth Hormone, it increases the mutants powers, and he became a nuke.Wolverine had everything blown up, except his adamantium skeleton. His brain was disintegrated, this is proof that he can survive a decapitation, as it was believed that his brain couldn't send signals to heal his body if it was destroyed or separated from his body.Wolverine with his adamantium skeleton, his healing factor is weaker than without the adamantium, so it is possible that he can survive a decapitation without the adamantium. His healing factor is also adaptive, meaning it can get more powerful, so eventually he might and could become immortal.Now his healing factor at the moment, in the Civil War storyline, we saw that he can heal everything in about 5 minutes at the most, at the least it would be about 2 or 3 minutes, but let's go with 3 minutes. His healing factor is up on Deadpool's level, meaning it is one of the best in the Marvel Universe, though not the overall best.Also, in the Civil War storyline (again), these guys try to ambush Logan. He gets one but another gets ahold of Logan and cuts his head, he is near decapitated. His head is holding on by a thread and they believe that he is dead, and seconds later, he's back and fully healed.
