Is listening to techno/trance/house music making me depressed?

Basically any kind of music can make you feel depressed.But than I ask why one would listen to music that makes him feel uncomfortable?To me most electronic music lost its appeal as I feel the lack of human interactivity.Genres like trance (psytrance) or techno. Have been listening for quite a while. But the effect it once has had is lost. The appeal faded.And so it can make me feel depressed when I listen to it for too long.But why would I do that? Right.Electronic music as such can give great support to other genres, to give new directions and ideas.But electronic music alone is like pure sugar to me. Would I eat simple sugar without anything else? No.Sugar can provide some energy for a little while, but on its own it starts to drain my energy instead of lifting me up. So I do feel for pure electronic music - not just techno -, it sucks my energy.Maybe the the reason you feel depressed when not listening to electronic music is what I experienced.The euphoria is not the same anymore, yet you still want it to be.The appeal is fading. And when it is silent there are unasnwered questions. Electronic music may start to leave you puzzled.When I was a kid I loved sweets. But suddenly - not for too long ago - it started to lose its appeal. And when I ate some candy, and then have had none for a while I started to feel weird.Than I went on without candy and it got better. Only when I have been eating a specific amount of candy again the depressing aura came back.Doesn't mean I don't like candy anymore. I only eat it every now and then to add some color to my diet, if you will.And so it happenes to me with electronic music.At one point it is all about pure euphoria. Maybe you spend too much of that euphoria during electronic music festivals? And maybe electronic music started to be the main course to be euphoric?so now, while not listening to it you feel depressed. Let go for a little while.Try to listen to other genres too.And listen to electronic music only every now and then, like having a small snack.
