I know you've been breastfeeding so I can tell you that breastmilk up the nose does wonders! I know babies aren't too keen on having stuff put up their noses, but if you can express a little bit into a cup and use a dropper to put a couple of drops in each nostril, it really thins out the mucus. I used to use saline drops (A brand called Ocean), but breastmilk is free and works much better, for much longer! Try to suction out her nose a little bit after you put the milk in if you feel that she needs it. Otherwise, just drop in the milk and go! Good luck - it's no fun to have a stuffed up baby!
