What's a good gift to get a girl on her period?
When my period hits the first two days are the hardest, on the first day I wake up, take a bubble bath to try and fight the pain, and then lay in bed for the day. My suggestion would be getting things based on her symptoms once you know them.⚫️Pain killers- Some are meant for periods (Midol is what I use) Just ask the pharmacy.⚫️If she gets nauseous I would get something for that. I keep dramamine on hand but that should only be used if its bad enough.⚫️Pampering stuff is great if she is into that!➖Face masks➖candles➖Lotions/Massage oils➖Chocolates!! (Dark is best)➖Flowers➖Maybe some cute pajamas for her to spend the day in. Or a small blanket to cuddle up in.➖Movies/Netflix⚫️ Snacks are great if she can eat. I love junk food but try not to make it too unhealthy.If you see anything that makes you think of her, that makes you smile or would make her smile, that’s always a great way to make it intimate. You can also find cute printable coupons for massages and things that can fill the box or bag. And putting something to add a personal touch like covering the package in her petnames or inside jokes would make her less alone, which is great if she gets depressed (or her depression worsens) on her period.If you can be there with her you can do different things to help distract her. Sometimes i just want to be held (GENTLY!) and watch movies/ TV. You can read to her while she lays down. If she can stand to be touched then you can rub her back and feet. Set the mood according to who she is. I think it’s sweet to do a gift, a lot of us have a harder time than most and having someone there can really help. Make sure you tell her that she isn’t being needy and that she’s beautiful, etc. Some of us feel guilty when we’re taken care of, but we appreciate it.

I think a necklace is a really good idea. Also, like a big bag of her favorite candy or get her Christmas chocolates or something. When you're picking out the necklace, make sure to ask a trusted female (mom, sister, aunt, etc.) if it is nice or not because guys aren't as experienced with choosing jewelry (I am not saying that in a mean way, just honest lol) Good luck! Do you remember her mentioning anything she wants recently? Like of you were walking past a shop and she saw something in the window? That would be a great gift. I would appreciate a nice perfume, or scarf, or peice of jewelry. It doesn't have to be expensive, it really is the though that counts. And make sure to write her a note or card apologising sincerely. Tell her what you wrote here, about how she's a sister to you. She'll appreciate that more than any gift in the end. If she doesn't want to see you, flowers are a lovely gesture too, sent to her house with a heartfelt note :) Hope I helped :)) x

ok, so it's going to be our third year anniversary and we're both 19 and i want to do something special and make here something other than buy it. the previous year i wrote a song but i don't want to do that again. so i might want to try knitting a scarf for her, i just don't know if that's a good gift, or if it's too effeminate for me to do. so does it sound good, because i'm sure i can learn and finish one before the anniversary?

Is a puppy a good romantic gift for a girl?
Although she loves puppies, it might not be a good idea to buy her one without her knowing... For several reasons: 1- She may only love puppies, but not older dogs (like me... I only like kittens, but I dont like cats... or babies... Some people love to play with babies but do not like to be around them 24/7) 2- She may not be ready for all the responsibilities of having a pet and taking it to the vet, walking it, making sure it eats right and giving it alot of attention. If I were you, Id take her to the place where you found this puppy and let her play with it... Then let her know that you would like to give her the puppy, and ask if she wants it. Or you could find out more information and ask her if she would be capable of owning a puppy/dog and be able to handle all responsibilities. Or if she found a puppy she loved, would she take it home.. Based on her reaction and answer, I think you could get an idea if she will be receptive to your puppy dog surprise!
A good gift to send to Vietnamese girl?
I have a friend in Saigon that I have never met in person. She is in college. We chat online a lot and recently she gave me her address. I was asking her awhile ago about sending her a gift. At first she made it seem as if it may be inappropriate according to some of their beliefs. But when I explained how we do things in America, she felt so bothered by hurting me that she said she would never refuse again if I offered. So we exchanged addresses. Vietnamese girls in their home country seem to talk a lot about real chocolate. Supposedly it is expensive there. I was thinking of sending her some. I like her very very much. Does anyone have any good ideas of what would be good to send and maybe something clever to make an impression?
