It means that the relationship will workout; but, will have a few flaws in it. (But, what relationship doesn't?) It is a good number to get- you do not want to have 100% then it would be too good and that would lead to trouble- when you have a number that high; it would have the one person thinking that they are better than the other one; just like what they say when you end up having two cancers that are into the same room.
