I honestly think a regular picture of you where you look good with a shirt on would be better, but if you insist on knowing how I feel about that particular picture, It would be an OKAY choice to put up on your myspace.
How do I take a good picture of myself?
A couple of quick "rules of thumb" - these aren't guaranteed, and don't work in every situation, but they're decent things to remember and try - pro-photographers use them all the time. 1) Try not to take the shot face on. You want a bit of an angle - so the camera is not directly in front of your face but shooting you slightly from the right or left. People seldom see other people from a direct-on view. The majority of the time we see other people from sort sort of angle. Shooting with an angle can make the image seem more natural. 2) Tilt your head slightly downward - so you're tucking your chin in a little. But, not too much, or it will look unnatural. A little goes a long way in this case. 3) Shoot from above so the camera is looking down at you. When coupled with pointer #1, you'd be looking for about a 45 degree angle - both horizontally and vertically. Most people, especially females, but males too, just look better when shot from slightly above. 4) If you haven't practiced a natural smile - don't smile. Unless you've practiced, your smile will likely look like a "snapshot smile". A natural smile is not what you get when someone says "smile!" and you do. A natural smile involves eye and cheek muscles that you wont use if you force a smile, unless you've practiced. Try taking the picture with NO expression on your face at all - if you do that, people will actually subconsciously project their own interpretation onto the image. If you try this, you'll likely be amazed at the response from other people. 5) Don't always look into the camera. Look above it, below it, to either side - anywhere but directly into the camera lens. 6) Most importantly - never, and I mean NEVER ... did I stress NEVER, enough? NEVER take a photo using the on-camera flash. If you can't get a good photo with the natural lighting conditions available, then don't take the photo. It will never look good (unless you know how to properly use a "fill flash") Dead-on, un-diffused flash from the camera creates unnatural and harsh shadows and makes the image appear flat and lifeless. If the flash on the camera goes off when you're taking the picture, there's a 99% chance the photo wont look good. So, shoot with ample natural light, or purchase and learn to use off-camera flash. And, experiment. Try different angles, different poses, etc. Look at the results and see what works best for you.
Why can't I take a good picture of myself?
I'm like that too! It's good to know I'm not alone! It's probably the lighting or something.. or the angle you're holding the camera...? Have somebody take a picture of you! Or.. If you have a laptop or a Mac, you can use the built-in webcam to take a pic of yourself! =]

You obviously have no good reason to be insecure about your looks. You should be happy being as pretty as you are.
Why does everybody look good in pictures except me?
The psychological reason to this is because no one else looks at nor judges your pictures they same way that you do. You are your own worse critic is a common saying. If you were to even scan over other peoples photos with a fine tooth comb and a magnifying glass, you would not notice the imperfections and problems you find with your own. You see, you have to live with yourself and see your self so much, that you train yourself into finding faults. When we comb are hair, wash our face, shave, put on make up, we are in a sense studying ourselves and noticing imperfections. That is the whole entire reason for the mirrors existence. We do it so much that it is the only reason we look in the mirror. Every time we do, it is like having a beauty contest with only one contestant and one judge. Chances are, you are the only person who would think such a thing of your photos where others would think you looked nice.

Random pics are something which tells the real you and makes you surprised when you saw it. I have some of them which I want to share.I was just standing here and ask my brother to take a click, he took the one can see in 1st click then suddenly the car from behind and two school student came and he took another one. It was surprisingly cool, felt like a Bollywood movie character.2. my dad was taking pictures of him and my mother and I was sitting behind them, the camera was in my hand so I just took a picture randomly from behind without telling them when my dad was clicking, unexpectedly the final result was like this.3. Random click my friend took me when I was feeding a squirrel.4. These are the pics of some year ago, when I go for a trip to Kerala with my family, and we were not aware of the fact that the trip covers beach as well in Kochi so we didn’t plan for that, but on the last hour of a trip our driver told there is one more place to see and its near railway station, your train will take time till then I can show you that place, and then the driver took us to the beach at Kochi, me and my brother haven’t watched the beach before. we got totally crazy and dance like a crazy person after seing the beach. meanwhile my mother took the picture of us and this is how we were looking hahaha and whenever i saw these pics i feel the same craziness.
