Yeah, sureTitle: The Unborn AngelShe had found happiness at last,There was a smile on her face,The moment she heard,She was going to be a mother.She thought this was the end,Of all her sorrows and distress,Now she could feel happiness,She could be happy.All those who had tortured her,Were now giving her sweets.She thought maybe,My child would bring me luck.But alas!She was destined to her fate,When one day they took her for a check up.Boy or a girl,This was all they wanted to know.They left her heartbroken,They snatched away her smile.They killed an innocent life,Just because it was the life of a girl.She cried all day,She cried all night.When she finally understood,All about her plight.Maybe it was good,That her daughter didn't come to this world.All this torture and pain,She wouldn't be able to suffer.But after all why don't these people understand,When they kill a girl...They are killing sisters,They are killing mothers,They are destroying the whole of mankind.They say having a girl is a burden,But do these people even think,That it is this burden that gave birth to them,It is this very burden that made them what they are.Don't kill us,This is what those innocent lives pray.What have we wronged you?That you don't want us to see the light of the day...Dedicated to all girls.....Jayshree SubramanianThe Unborn Angel….
