Germany's (Hetalia) Training Workout Program?

I've been watching and reading a lot of Hetalia lately, and I noticed that Germany/Ludwig has what seems to be great training. I need to get in shape, and having a workout inspired by him or one of the other Hetalia characters would mostly likely make me stick with it. But I don't want the actual German Muscle Shock training with the 10 sets of 10 reps. Something a bit easier, please! And varying, if you could? A workout that I could see Germany doing is basically what I'm looking for. Doesn't even have to be from a website or anything, just what you can think of. Oh, and I have no weights, so I can't do that kind, just so you know.
I noticed that I stick with something I can see characters in my fave shows doing, so that's why I'm asking. It can be a configured one where I do something certain one day or week or whatever, then change it the second time. Just as long as it's interesting, sounds like something Germany or one of the others would do, and it's not too hard. I'm just starting out, remember? :D

What are some ways to build reading into my daily routine?

I run a high tech company which consumes more than 10-12 hours a day, I have a hyper active son and a loving wife to look after. As you can imagine this keeps me significantly busy. But reading is a core part of what I do. Here are a few guidelines:Understand how important it is to read: I believe in the old saying "One who does not read good books has no advantage over those who can't read".Be very selective: Choosing a good engaging book will make it fun to read. Pick a subject area, then pick an author based upon his/her personal experience and accomplishment in that area. Then pick their best work based upon feedback from Amazon or Goodreads. Life's too short and there's too much garbage out there.Invest in a good mobile device: There are pockets of time through out the day spent in waiting. With a good phone loaded with books, you can always continue where you left off.Not all Readings require the same attention: When you're at work, things move fast. It will be very hard for you to reflect upon an insightful article and very likely you will loose it's value. Don't read the article, save it for later. I highly recommend Instapaper for saving articles for reading later.Don't just read; absorb: It's easy to parse a blob of text and tell yourself you've read it and move on. But have you really? Did you really understand what the author said? Could you really try out what they're recommending? If you're not going to do the article justice, don't read it. There's a great book on this called "How to read a book".Small screen increases your attention/focus: Something about the form factor of the small screen makes you read better. Give it a try!

Deep squats training program. Muscle gain in gluteus.?

I was reading opinions about deep squats and parallel ones, and I decided to go with deep ones to get more muscle mass in gluteus areas. Yes, okay, I do know i should keep track of all three muscles inside, yet I seem to fail in understanding how much squats, how much reps should I do.
Note: squats aren't the only excercises for gluteus (also obivous)
but I specifically need help with squats because I've never attempted weight training nor I ever had wish to do so.
Only thing which led me to weights was curiousity about getting my gluteus bigger because they are the most ungrateful muscles to work with.
If anyone here knows any examplary training proces (include weight of weights, reps, etc..) for my body type I would appreciate any advice there is.
Also please note, I honestly appreciate your time taking you to answer this, and also thank you in advance :)
I am 175 cm tall and 65 kilos.
I have sandclock figure, gluteus area medium to big (aiming to get it perfectly round and bigger).

How to improve reading comprehension... please help!?

I'm going to take a standardized test in about 7 months and my weakness is reading comprehension. Every time I read a passage, I lose my focus and have trouble understanding the main idea (unless its an easy and interesting passage).
My plan was to keep reading books for the next 7 months (maybe finish a book every two weeks, and just keep reading a new book every 2 weeks or so). Books will mainly be about literature, social sciences, natural sciences, humanities, etc. Also, I'm planning to read articles online from places such as the economist, NY times, etc.

I was also thinking about reading some forums online.. forums that has some kind of debate and arguments between people...I think this will be a good practice for me to pick up different perspectives and try to understand what people are saying, trying to understand their argument, logic, etc. Do you guys have a good forum website for where i can practice this?

Do you guys think all of this is a good approach? Will I improve my reading comprehension in the next 7 months? Would you add/take out anything from this plan?

Any advice is much appreciated.
