What is wrong with my body? I'm too skinny?

There is one variable that needs to be addressed here: does this type of weight occur genetically in either side of your family?

If not, the first thing you should do is see a doctor, maybe have some blood tests done and the like. However, I can guarantee you that they will still tell you to eat healthy, regardless of the results of any test. It sounds like you get exercise, but fueling your body with nothing but crappy food isn't necessarily going to make you gain weight. And it certainly won't provide your body with what it needs maintain itself.

One thing that will be excellent for weight gain is taking in healthy amounts of protein. This could be anything from: peanuts, almonds, yogurt, milk, eggs (especially the whites), beans, lean beef, chicken and turkey breast, pork loin, salmon, or tuna. You have quite a large and delicious array of options!

Go see a doctor if necessary, but PLEASE change your diet!

Im too Skinny!!!!!?

My name is ana and when i was born i was born with drugs in my body, so it makes me really skinny. People call me anerix (i dont think i spelt that right) I am 13 and in a size 00 and wheigh 79 pounds. do you think thats so skinny? If you do how can i gain more weight. I eat and eat and wont gain weight it sucks and that makes my boobs small and i get teased bout that! Well got any tips for me? If you do id reeally appriciate it!!!!!!

Should skinny guys go to a gym for getting better body?

If your Target is to Get better Body then you should join gym or If your target is to just gain weight then no need to go gym.I am Big Fan of Hrithik Roshan (actor) . I hate my body im too damm skinny?

I can totally relate to you.
You're not alone! I totally agree that our problem is not addressed much, it's always overweight people that get help and tips to overcome their problem but the naturally underweight people are left out in the cold. We're told that real women need 'curves' and that we're 'too thin and it's not natural' but....for most of us, it IS! This is the way we were born and we can't do anything about that.

You just keep on eating regularly, and exercising! Don't feel forced to gain weight because your body is probably fine the way it is, even if a statistic like a BMI calculator says you're underweight, you're probably OKAY if you feel fine in yourself as in healthy and not tired and whatnot!

If you really are struggling to cope with being thin, have some weight gain supplements, some common ones are: complan, ensure, boost - depending on what country you live in.

Im 13 and i think im too skinny?????

You sound healthy and perfectly normal so there's nothing to worry about. You have plenty of time to grow and "fill out" as people might say, and that's when you'll start to notice more curves developing on your body. Some people are naturally slim (like myself) and can eat loads and never gain any weight, it's all perfectly normal and some people would love to be in our position!

What should a skinny man do to get a healthy and muscular body?

Amazing question but i would suggest you gain muscles rather than weight if you want to beach body .If you are skinny than follow this . Generally your metabolism is very high . our body is like bonfire .. the more wood you put the more fire it has and you have got a great fire dude but you need more wood to keep that fire .Eat more calories dense rich foods that are higher in calories . Eat complete protein foods every 3–4 hours .Don't go to weightgainers and mass gainers they are generally loaded with just high carbs and nothing much . rather its best to make shakes at home and try to consume that at least 2wice a day .shake ingredients- milk +oats+banana/beeries + peanut butter 2 scoop + 1 scoop protein .you will love the results because we both are on the same boat . i tried this and gained alot of amount of muscles in a month only .and eat more white rice and sweet potato to add muscle to be a sexy dudeand don't workout more than 4 days a week .Sleep at least 8–9 hours .you will be at your best in 30–40 days and than you can thank me for the advice .I gained around 4–5 kg easily even after being a hardgainer.

ok... I'm already 20 years old, and I have really SMALL boobs. and its looks like almost I don't have any :(
But I guess I know why my boobs are small ... because I'm really skinny, and I dont like my body. people says I'm so skinny and ugly And it makes me really upset about my self. I don't eat a lot of food but I think I eat like usual people do. and I DO NOT throw up after meals.
I'm Japanese and living in Japan, and one day, I went a mall and there were some foreigners, they looked at me and said "DAMN she skinny look at her legs! wow looks like an ALIAN LOL she doesn't have any boobs :( that sucks lol" They talked about me in English cause they didn't know that I actually can understand English :/

How can a skinny guy gain weight and develop a fit body?

So its time to hit some heavy weight training ...At your age my weight is around 49kg and after trying hard for around a year i gained about 15kg  ..having 67kg at current ...total lean muscle ... and six abs too..So first off all you have to make strict desciplanary daily routine to enrolled with in both diet and weight training ..It should contain some heavy .. means really heavy compound exercises and lots of carb-protien diet .. you should able to consume at least 3000/3500 cal a day mostly from clean carb and protien based diet .. and you could not consume such high calories unless heavy weight training. Be clear do not enrolled with Isolation exercises it will contradict your muscle rather than expanding it will tone them ..Train only one muscle group per day .. that way it will help them to recover faster .. as ex.MON : ShouldersTUE : ChestWED : TricepsTHU : Thighs [Its necessary to hit thighs .. so it will boost testosterone level which help to recover quicker and enhance stamina]FRI : BackSAT : BicepsSUN : Abs And after each and every workout drink protien shake ... otherwise as beginner just plain milk with chocolate syrup and a banana.Break down your meal to 6 small meals per day .. and each 3 meal should contain Protiens size of your fist .. like Chicken,fish etcInclude Eggs in your diet like 6Eggs/dayDo not suppliment your body untill you get used to heavy weight training for more than 4 months ... otherwise its just waste all efforts and money.Drink another protien shake right before going to bed .. for first 4 months plain milk would be good enough ..It will show results beyond your expectation .. and after 4 months of strictness.. iam talking about very strict training ... if you willing to go on supplimainting like Mass Gainer or Whey protien ... your body gonna get ripped lean masculine with quality of weight gained .Wish you all d best ..
