I would recommend that you go with Dolphin Emulator. I have been using this emulator since 6 months and have tested a lot of games and apps on it. How do I play GameCube games on a laptop?
I’m not sure why you’re specifying on ‘a laptop’. Laptops are just a form factor of PCs.Anyway, what you’re looking for is the Dolphin Emulator. Once you have that downloaded and set up, you’ll need to rip (or pirate, if you’re so inclined) some Gamecube game ISOs onto your harddrive. You’ll also need to set up a controller, which you can do in the Dolphin emulator settings. It’s really intuitive so that shouldn’t be a problem. The one issue is that depending on what sort of system you have, you may have trouble running some games. Emulation can be pretty taxing, especially on bigger and more graphically intensive games like the Zelda titles, so you’ll need a decent CPU and GPU if you want good results.
How much GB is a gamecube emulator? and how much GB is legend of zelda wind waker?
Dolphin is probably the best GC emulator out there. The program itself is only around 100 MB in size. The game ISO size will depend the version (i.e. Europe or USA). The Wind Waker ISO I currently have is 1.4GB. Keep in mind that the Dolphin may not work well with certain video cards, and you'll need to have a decent processor to run the emulator. Otherwise, the emulator will run extremely slowly. You can find out more about minimum Dolphin requirements here: http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/thread-4.h... To make the emulator run faster, you can download Gamebooster. Gamebooster will stop any unnecessary programs in order to make your computer run faster. You can download it here: http://download.cnet.com/Game-Booster/30... Here's some links to the Dolphin and Wind Waker ISO download page, respectively: http://www.dolphin-emu.com/downloads.php... http://www.emuparadise.org/Nintendo_Gamecube_ISOs/The_Legend_Of_Zelda_The_Wind_Waker_(Starcube)_(U)/107594-download NOTE: Please be aware that though the usage of the Dolphin is legal, downloading ISOs of game YOU DON'T OWN and playing them on your computer is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL.
Which Emulator should I get for Digimon World 4?
Before anybody says anything I have a Gamecube, Wii, an Xbox, and Xbox 360, a PS2, and i used to have a N64, and a PS1, and i have Digimon World 4 for the Gamecube. I tried playing paper mario 2 on a gamecube emulator once on my laptop (yes i also have that game) and it was really laggy, so the only emulators that i can actually use without being laggy are ps1 and gameboy advance, and with some games DS (yes i also have them, and the games i play with them) My laptop is a toshiba satellite c655, im not really sure about all the technical stuff, but i know that i tried a ps2 emulator once and it was just unbearablely laggy, but out of gamecube and xbox which would be a better emulator for my laptop, and aside from that is there any difference between the gamecube and the xbox version of digimon world 4?

Is my laptop good enough for Dolphin emulator?
gamecube emulation requires atleast a 3.0ghz core i3/i5/i7 or better for full speed. (~3.8ghz core 2 dou/quad or amd cpus). Having under that will cause you to lag in more demanding games. Some lesser demanding ones can be run at full speed with around a 2.5ghz core i3/i5/i7. If you have a core i5/i7, then you have turbo boost, which will basically overclock the cpu to higher clocks allows you yo play (like my laptop has a 2.5ghz i5-2450M, but it turbos to 2.9ghz allows me to play most every game at full speed). Know that you will almost never hit the max turbo. my max is 3.1, and i really never hit above 2.9. f-zero GX is near impossible for any cpu to play at full speed.
Dolphin emulator problem with gamecube games?
well i have a problem right now. i just downloaded the dolphin emulator 3.0 in my laptop windows 7 64 bit if a not wrong.. i started playing metroid prime 2 echos and i realize that the scan visor had problems scanning the alien doors which are the big ones that let you progress throughout the game. i already fix that problem, but after opening several of them at the beggining of the game i got stucked in the first elevator that takes you to agon wastes. i try to scan the elevator, but the curser moves and scans another thing. i tried everything possible in configuration .. from the efps copies to ram, open texture decoder everything possible, yet i am unable to pass. can some one help me please..
How can I play on the Dolphin GameCube emulator using my computer's joypad?
Plug in your controller and ensure it is working.Run Dolphin.Click GCPad icon near the top right of the Dolphin window. In Pad 1 tab, open the dropdown "Device" menu and select your device. It may be listed as something like "XInput/0/Gamepad".Once you have selected your device, click the button fields to assign each button to your preferred input. Do the same with the sticks etc. When you're done, click Save near the top right of the config screen and name your profile. If you're playing a Wii game, as opposed to a Gamecube game, it will need to support the Classic Controller or you'll need to have set up Dolphin to work with a real Wiimote. To configure the classic controller ;click Wiimote on Dolphin's main menu, choose "Emulated Wiimote" from the dropdown menu by Wiimote 1, and click configure. This will bring up a screen similar to what we saw before for the GCPad. This time, you will want to find the dropdown menu titled "Extension" and select "Classic". Click the configure button directly below it and set your controller up as before.
Important laptop question for emulators!?
So I have this Toshiba laptop that we had got at Wal-Mart for like $299 I think. I know for a fact that it cant handle Dolphin (a Wii and Gamecube emulator) when I tried to play a gamecube game. But my genesis emulator, and my GBA emulator run very well! What i wanna know is.. Do you think my laptop could handle an N64 emulator? because I really want to play Mario party 2, and Mario Kart 64.
Is my computer/laptop good enogh for Dolophin wii/Gamecube emulator?
Requirements: minimum gamecube: 2.4ghz dual core processor, 2GB ram, semi recent graphics card/chipset that supports dx9c recommended gamecube: 3.0ghz dual core, 3GB ram, ati 5450 equivalent or better (required for 720P) minimum wii: 3.0ghz dual core processor, 3GB of ram, ati 5450 equivalent or better recommended wii: 4.0-4.5ghz dual core, 4GB of ram, amd 5670 equivalent or better (required for 720P) dolphin is only dual threaded, meaning its useless to have more then 2 cores, it doesnt really help you. You pretty much just need really high clock speed on any cpu with 2 or more cores. But what you listed is FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRR... below the min requirements for both.... i play gamecube on a 2.4ghz dual core and i only get 60-80% play speed (depending on game/area). So it would not be playable on any lesser hardware at all.
