I'm not a lawyer, so you will still probably want to check with one, but I can tell you this: there are people that make up "business" cards that are just for keeping in touch with people they meet. I also use business cards as stand alone advertisements. Setting up a detailing business, you'll probably need a business license from your city for starters, and then the rest of your business structure will depend more on how you want to reduce your tax liability (get with a CPA or the same lawyer for recommendations here). You will probably also want to have some kind of bonding (let's people know the authorities can track you down) and also some general liability, and if you want to have others working with you, worker's comp (more than 2 additional people). Is it illegal to do a wheelie on a bike or do an endo on the road. I know doing those tricks on a motorcycle is illegal but what if a police man saw someone doing one of these things on a bicycle? A wheelie is when you pull the front tire into the air and an endo is the opposite where you bring the back tire into the air.
