Is This Low Blood Pressure

What should I do to deal with low blood pressure?

For many people, chronic low blood pressure can be effectively treated with diet and lifestyle changes.you can increase your blood pressure by making these simple changes:Eat a diet higher in salt.Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids.Limit alcoholic beverages.Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu .Have your doctor evaluate your prescription and over-the-counter medications to see if any of them are causing your symptoms.Get regular exercises to promote blood flow.Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing.Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed.Avoid heavy lifting.Avoid straining while on the toilet.Avoid standing still in place for long periods of time.Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs.To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating. Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals. If needed, use elastic support (compression) stockings that cover the calf and thigh. These may help restrict blood flow to the legs, thus keeping more blood in the upper body.

Is 114/73 low blood pressure for an adult?

Doctors generally agree that systolic readings of 120 to 140 and diastolic readings of 70 to 90 are normal. Slightly higher readings---140 to 159 and 90 to 94---are considered mild high blood pressure (mild hypertension). Readings from 160 to 179 and 94 to 114 signal moderate hypertension. Anything above these limits is considered a serious problem.

For most people, a heart rate of 60 to 100 beats a minute while at rest is considered normal.

But what is not normal is the chronic anemia. There are 2 types of chronic anemia, primary and secondary:

Primary chronic anemia

Primary chronic anemias are the true chronic anemias, in which anemia (defined as a hemoglobin level more than 2 standard deviations below the mean reference value for age) is part of the basic disease process. The basic disease process is hematologic (eg, sickle cell disease, HS), and the degree of anemia is often acceptable.

Secondary chronic anemia

Secondary chronic anemias are chronic anemias that may provide a diagnostic clue to a chronic disease. Chronic anemia is defined as anemia persisting longer than 2-6 months. Secondary chronic anemias are the consequence of a nonhematologic problem (eg, chronic osteomyelitis).

I would suppose that when you say 'injection,' you mean Vitamin B-12 for lethargy. If so, check the ingredients of the injection to see from what the vitamin is extracted and how it is delivered in the body.
See, the anemia can be caused by 'malabsorption' of vitamin b-12 in the intestines and that is caused by bacterial overgrowth and if the vitamin b-12 in the 'injection' is the by-product of yeast, that produces other problems.
My suggestion, if you want it, is to start taking 'probiotics' and balancing the Ph level. And do some intestinal cleansing and colon cleansing.

Is low blood pressure dangerous?

Many people are worried about low blood pressure or low blood pressure. But there is nothing to be unnecessarily or overly anxious about low blood pressure. Because, lower blood pressure is less harmful and short-term problems than high blood pressure. Not only those who are hungry, but also people who are obese. Typically low blood pressure is called systolic blood pressure, which is 100 millimeters of mercury and diastolic blood pressure below 60 millimeters. The reason1. Dehydration, diarrhea, or excessive vomiting for any reason2. Do not eat food properly or on time3. Digestive weakness4. May be due to a long-term illness6. Hormonal imbalance in the body7. Anemia and excess bleedingSigns1. Head over2. Unlikely to suddenly wake up or stand up suddenly3. Suddenly losing knowledge4. Unusual hypertension can be a sign of low blood pressureMedicalThere is no specific treatment for low blood pressure. Treatment is needed according to the symptoms. If there is low blood pressure due to the lack of water and lack of electrolyte in the body, then only eating pressure in the face of saline increases the pressure. However, those who have long-term low blood pressure, they should consult a doctor. In this situation, the doctors take measures to identify the causes of low blood pressure. However, food saline is the most useful and immediate fruitful.Low blood pressure control tips1. Be careful and slow down for a long time after sitting or sitting in the same place.2. Can low blood pressure cause angina?

Yes: angina pectoris is caused by our heart muscle not getting enough oxygen transporting coronary arterial blood, this fblood low is dependent on one’s diastolic blood pressure, the blood pressure during the relaxation period of the heart muscle (since during the systolic phase, the phase when the heart muscle is contracted, no blood flow would be possible because of this contraction squeezing off the coronary artery’s branches). So if the diastolic blood pressure was low, and one already had coronary artery disease partially obstructing the blood flow, it could cause insufficient blood flow thus angina pectoris. In people having uncorrected (not having undergone revascularization) coronary heart disease a lower diastolic blood pressure therefore has been shown to be more strongly correlated to a higher mortality: from https://synapse.koreamed.org/DOI...

What is considered low blood pressure?

People keep saying that "average" or "normal" blood pressure is 120/80. NO IT IS NOT!!! Normal blood pressure is BELOW 120/80. Check the sources I provided.

Drives me nuts!

Which is worse low blood pressure or high blood pressure?

Are you taking a drug prescribed by your doctor that acts to lower your blood pressure? However, to answer your question, an extreme variable, either high or low is an indicator which has negative sequella. Chronic, and untreated hypertension will eventually result in cardiomyopathy or an enlarged left cardiac ventricle. This will result in poor cardiac output which will compromise the effectiveness of your other major organs, and more likely than not, be represented as dependent lower extremity pedal edema. Chronic low blood pressure is usually coupled with a high pulse rate which is not good either. But if I had to choose one, I would rather have low B/P.
