Is This Verse In The Quran Talking About

Which verses from the Holy Quran talk about this life being an "illusion"?

[3:185] Every person tastes death, then you receive your recompense on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever misses Hell, barely, and makes it to Paradise, has attained a great triumph. The life of this world is no more than an illusion.

[6:32] The life of this world is no more than illusion and vanity, while the abode of the Hereafter is far better for the righteous. Do you not understand?!

[57:20] Know that this worldly life is no more than play and games, and boasting among you, and hoarding of money and children. It is like abundant rain that produces plants and pleases the disbelievers. But then the plants turn into useless hay, and are blown away by the wind. In the Hereafter there is either severe retribution, or forgiveness from GOD and approval. This worldly life is no more than a temporary illusion.

[6:33] We know that you may be saddened by what they say. You should know that it is not you that they reject; it is GOD's revelations that the wicked disregard.

Are there any verses in the Quran which talk about religious tolerance in Islam?

Yes there are many . Like in surah AL baqra there is a verse "La ikraha fi din" that means there is no compulsion in the religin. There are many other verses also but this is the most commonly used verse and it clearly ejects terrorism. Also if we read the event of Mubahila that was a kind of war between Christians and Muslims. Muhammad saw in order to avoid bloodshed told them they won't fight war but will curse each other. so he took with him Ali ,Hassan ,Hussain and Fatima that were the purest t soul and infallibles. When Christian leader saw this he knew that of they made any dua against them they will surely be ruined so they backed off.some Christians reverted to ialam but many of them continue to remain as Christians but Muhammad saw didn't force them to accept Islam and they continued to live peacefully as Christians.this shows that Islam demansa religious tolerance.Basically Islam is open to all religions. When Allah sent Muhammad as the last messenger the verse was revealed that we sent the blessing for the whole world. We see Quran has not confined Muhammad pbuh to Muslims only. Also Quran is open to everyone and in many verses Quran tells its followers to respect dieities of every religion. So my brothers try to read Islam as Islam and Quran as Quran. Dont be befooled by Islamophobia

Is there any verse in the Quran which talks about loneliness?

According to Quran, “loneliness” is an illusion. Its never possible for someone , to be lonely. As Allah said-“It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein. “(Surah Qaf, 16)So, don’t listen to the dark suggestions your soul is making. May be it is screaming that , “You are lonely, you are depressed”. Don’t listen to it. Allah is very near to you.And there are many more similar verses to give you comfort, to say you are not lonely, See in the pictures (with verse number).

Are there any verses in the Quran which talk about confessions?

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the KindShort Answer:  No.  We do not confess our sins to priests, monks, imams, etc.  No man or woman is more kind than Allah, The Wise, The Knowing.Long Answer: Confession:  Webster dictionary defines it as "the act of telling your sins to God or to a priest."The Quran gives us the perfect concept of God.  This description is expounded by the Prophets.   Allah is the All-Knowing.  He has complete knowledge.  He knows the hidden and the apparent.  He sees, hears, and knows all things.  Since He knows all things, even our deepest thoughts, we supplicate to him directly.  We confess our sins to Allah.  We admit our mistakes and ask him for forgiveness.  We repent to the The Most Forgiving directly.  No priest or imam in the middle. Some people give the example that to meet the President of USA, you have to go through someone.  The president does not have complete knowledge so he has to rely on someone else to inform him about that person.    In the case of Allah, He knows every single person. (Doesn't He know what He created?)   He knows them better than they know themselves.  So we confess our sins and repent to the Most Merciful. It is narrated that:  Do you know what Allah's right is upon you?  Worship none except Him.  Do you know what the servant's "right" is upon  Allah?   If you worship none except Him, He will forgive your sins. How do you worship Allah?  Look at the life of Muhammad (peace be on him).  Follow his example. And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous (133) Who spend [in the cause of Allah] during ease and hardship and who restrain anger and who pardon the people - and Allah loves the doers of good; (134) And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins - and who can forgive sins except Allah? - and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know. (135) Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers.  Page on tanzil.net For more details, listen to Nouman Ali Khan.  http://Bayyinah.com
