Does eating an orange for breakfast help you lose weight?
Eating an orange is a good start for the day because it gives you some energy. If you friend is working out in the morning, i suggest her to eat a little more than just an orange because your body will burn more calories and the first source it will burn is carbohydrates. An orange just give her about 40 calories. She can eat an orange before her work out, but she needs to eat a little more after it. yes, eating only an orange for breakfast she definitely will lose weight, but don't forget breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She needs protein for it as well. KD

So im going to sounds difficult, but I hate eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, just about every breakfast food, but when I make a protein shake at 5 in the morning I don't get lunch until 1 and im still hungry so I want to eat something else but theres nothing I like, what should I eat that's healthy and has very little calories?

Hello, I wanted to know is it okay to skip breakfast? When I go to school, I usually don't have time to eat because i'm in a such a rush and school is far away. Also whenever I eat breakfast it makes me feel sick, as in my stomach hurts and such. So I wanted to know is it okay to skip it. Or should I eat just an apple and drink tea and that would be okay? Like I said, food in the morning makes me sick, that means eggs, bread, milk, cheese or anything in general besides fruit. So It's hard to not skip breakfast. I always eat apple/ orange or any fruit and some tea. Thanks.
