Is Ti Safe To Update Ios7 To Ios8 For 4s

Is it safe now to update iPad Mini to iOs 8?

I am thinking of finally updating to iOs 8, I did not at first because I was sure that bugs and other problems etc would show up. Also, I heard that most apps, photos would be deleted? Is that true? Please let me know. My free memory is only 806mb lol I better delete apps, but want to know first if its "okay" to update. Thank you for your help!

IPhone 5 won't turn on after IOS 8 update?

The same thing happened to my ipod touch. I updated my itunes and tried to restore it but it won't restore, I then tried the hosts file which it told me to do, again no luck. I tried this on two different computers, no luck.

However, my ipod touch is still under warranty so I've booked in for an appointment and will be taking it back to the apple store for fixing or replacing.

For you, I would first suggest to go and recover / restore your ipod through itunes, if that doesn't work just follow the instructions and if for some reason nothing works (even if you press the power button and home button for 10 secs at the same time and let go of the power button holding onto the home button a little longer) then take it to the apple store.

Or else you may have to buy a new one?

Next time I would update my ipod over the air or not update it at all because I don't want to risk doing this with something that is out of warranty.

If that was truly the case, wouldn't it be bad business for Apple to allow for your iPhone 5S to upgrade to the newest OS and get the latest software features?Wouldn't it be better business to require you to buy the latest iPhone to enjoy the latest features? Of course Apple wants you to use the latest and greatest device, but allowing you to upgrade to iOS 9 will probably make you hold on to your phone a little longer.

Updating your 4S to iOS 8 wasn't a good move at first place, but still as you've done it, you should now definitely consider updating to 8.3People have bashed Apple and complained about their 4S' performance after iOS 8, considering which, Apple has updated iOS 8 a few times to make it better for older devices like 4S. You should update it. It's worth it.

How to update my jailbroken iphone 4 from ios 5.0.1 to ios 7?

This Site Might Help You.

RE:
how to update my jailbroken iphone 4 from ios 5.0.1 to ios 7?
So the new ios 7 just came out and i want to update it to ios 7. I have a jailbroken iphone 4 running on ios 5.0.1. i'm bored of the jailbreak and i don't want it anymore or any of the jailbroken apps. i just want a normal iphone running on ios 7. How do i do this? do i connect to itunes,...

My ipod 4th gen is not getting updated it says your ipod is up todate plz tell me the reason.?

Well iPod touch 4th gen can only be updated to 6.1.6 and does NOT support iOS 7 to iOS 8. So your iPod is no longer getting update from Apple. Thats why it says its up to date. Get a iPhone 4s and up or iPod touch 5th gen if you want iOS 8.

TL;DR - Don't update! If you're on iOS 7, then please don't. There's a huge impact to performance. iOS 9 is very sluggish, even opening apps is mind-numbingly slow. Better stick to iOS 7.If you're on iOS 8, the damage is pretty much done already. iOS 9 is almost the same usability wise, only booting up is a bit slow here on 9. So upgrading won't be that big a problem. Still I'd refrain from doing so because in the long run iOS 9 will keep on slowing down. So better stay on whatever version you're on right now.

If I update my iPhone to ios 9 is my phone gonna crash or what should I be aware of?

Well i dont own an iphone, i just dont like the idea of having to buy a new phone every 2 years, if ios 9 has reportedly bad problems and glitches, i would stay at ios 8 until further notice. Id rather be safe than sorry. Keep to date with their latest updates and patches to ios 9 for any bug fixes. Or look and see if a friend has it downloaded already. Hoped this helped tried my best

Hello All In addittion to that, there are two kind of sim cards in turbo family. 1) R- SIm and 2) X-sim. R- sim will surely stuck on no Service but if you have x-sim that would work. But surely depends upon your"home network" on which your mobile working on ios 6.1.3.  i would not say that R-sim would not work but possibility is to wait till the new IOS 7 R sim is available in market. If you have waited year for IOS 7 then i do not see any harm to wait further 15 odd more days:)Cheers Love ios Love Steve Jobs         Hello All, I would say YES you can , but still we are prety unsure about the baseband for Apple's IOS 7. as of now we have gevy and turbo sim for update till  6.1.3 baseband 3.4.03.  I know that SOFTWARE update and Network has no connection in so real. but apple always paly safe with this. They either block the gateway or they change the baseband series. I prefer, if you do not want to pay much money for OFFICIAL Unlock then please wait for a week or two. I am sure hackers will have the sollution to turbo unlock sim for Iphones IOS 7. Rest assured there is no harm to update its a beautiful OS ever made, but still to wait. I know you have waited this since long, so thoda or sahi:) And do not update to BETA versions as they are full of Bugs... Thanks A
