If the group admin of a group on WhatsApp leaves the group, then who becomes the admin of the group? Is there some standard procedure which is followed?
This question took me 1 hour to answer. Why?What I have come across is that there is no certain criteria as to who becomes the admin when the actual admin leaves the group.Most of the time it might be on the basis of with whom the actual admin talked with. Or it can be on the basis of alphabetical order.In my case, when I left the group, the person whose name was above me or lower me in the Group contacts info, became the admins of the Group.I would suggest, be good with admin and ask him to make you an admin. That is the best way to become the admin.I will update my answer in the future if I find some criteria.I hope this helped.Cheers!

How can I recover myself as an admin of a group in WhatsApp?
As I see you've been either kicked out or left the group accidentally and unintentionally. But sorry there is no way you can get that position back . All you need to request the current admins to get you the position you want in the group .If you had uninstalled WhatsApp and didn't take back up of your data on WhatsApp then it's impossible to get the admin post back there even it's impossible to get back those chats and groups which you had before uninstalling it.There are only four possible scenarios you loose an admin post in a WhatsApp group.You can be dismissed by an admin from the admin post .You can be kicked out by an admin of that group .You leave the group on your on wish and intentions.You uninstalled WhatsApp without taking the backup of data available over there in you account.And there are only two possible ways you can get an admin post in the group .By begging any admin to make you an admin over there .By trying to hack the group using binary numbers.(I can't say anything much about this but it's true that such function exists).There is another way you can get that that's by creating your own group. LMAO.By the way if you are the creator of the group then you can't be kicked out but you can still be stepped down from an admin to an ordinary civilian in the group .All the information that I shared are based on my personal experiences of using Whatsapp.Thanks !!
