Ive Entered A Competition Can Someone Help Me

Can I enter a dance competition without belonging to a studio?

Okay, so I don't belong to a studio, but I really want to enter a dance competition. Can I? I do have experience so I don't have to worry about that. Also I want choreograph my own dance.

Wrestling contest: great prize, losers get stripped. Should I enter?

Hey all. i could post this as a "would you" question but im sure youll all know im talking about me so:

Ive been invited to take part in a wrestling contest this weekend where there are four entrants and prizes from 1st to 3rd as: £2500, £1000 and £500. The layout is a two round knockout, i.e. 1v1 then another 1v1. The winners of the first two matches go on to fight each other for the £2500 and £1000; the losers go on to fight for the £500. Sounds simple enough right? but ofc theres a catch.

After each first round the loser gets stripped, literally. All the wrestlers are girlss and will be wearing sleeveless leotards. At the end of each first round match, the wrestler that loses slips their arms out of their leotard, has their hands cuffed behind the back and is then made to stand in middle of the ring so the audience can watch as the winner has the "priviledge" of pulling the losers leo right down :/

The loser then stays completly nude and in handcuffs until the end of the night. This means if you lose round 1, youre in a nude wrestling match for round 2. (before anyone asks, no im not a lesbien)

the other entrants (all female) are a similar build to me so theres certainly a fair game. No obvious winners here and i think i could take them but as much as the top prize appeals, i dont know whether the risk of getting stripped naked is worth it. Though i think ive got a good body (ive been told im pretty hot- unsurprisingly the large wrestlers havnt been invited :P) i wouldnt want to show off EVERY inch of it especially seeing as most of the audience are probably there just to see the loser get stripped- which would make me look quite cheap if i lost too. Therell also be some people in the audience that know me too which wouldnt make it any easier. But £2500...

My question is: is the "risk" worth it especially seein that as well as being stripped, i could be in a nude match for round 2?

I'm really scared horse show help?

Horse Shows are scary! But they are also a lot of fun!

Before you go to teh show, make sure you have all the correct gear and clothing and taht your packed and ready! This will make you stress less and the day will run smoother.

Many shows you simply buy tickets, otehr you enter numbers of what events your going in, make sure you know what your entering so you can just get it over and done and concentrate on teh day ahead.

Im not sure what type of show your entering, but if its a show such as Dressage or Hack, i suggest studying and training. Dressage you would have set test, so study up on the correct one, if your entering a ridden class, then practice your walk, trot and canter, as well as halt and back, and flying vhanges if your up to taht level. When you say pony, i also think about the led ponies, my welshies, i cokmpete with in led events, and though a lot of fun can be scary!
Practice wlaking and trotting and stoppping as well as standing square and showing off teh horse.

If you get into teh ring and you feel scared, bretah, this is teh most common mistake, people dont breath! Also, if you get told teh pattern, dont be afraid to ask teh judge what the pattern was again, if it is written up, i suggest taking a pen and paper and copying the pattern so you can learn and practice later too.

I hope you have a lot of fun, and i'd love to hear how you go, if you need any more info, please dont hesitate to contact me, as i dont know what type of showing you are doing.

Good luck
