What are the top 10 anime I must watch before I die (do not include the famous ones)?

Not sorted by rank. Some aren't even proper anime just genre suggestions. I think the most important thing is opening your horizons. 1. Haibane RenmeiThis is a stunning psychological series about what happens after people die. 2. TsuritamaA slice of life anime about fishing that fails to disappoint both with characters and the stunning art. 3. BakumanFor all us anime fans, two dreamers who want to draw manga! Shows you a lot of insight about the industry and has a very humane feel. Wouldn't miss this. 4. MushishiA calmly paced show following the main character and his journeys. A rare gem with darker undertones and a pensive nature. Watching it is almost like meditating. 5. Paranoia AgentNot a lot of people have gotten into this mystery of a kid and the two detectives that chase after him but once you do there are no regrets. It has a little bit of everything, including mind-bending trips you never expect. 6.Kids on the SlopeUntil a few months ago, I thought everyone knew about this series. Its the ultimate slice of life that doesn't feel like a slice of life anime. With a beautiful score, excellent pacing, and gorgeous character design a trip to 1966 never felt so real. 7. Something BL - its good to see this genre of anime some time. Junjou Romantica, Love Stage, FAKE - anything works. I recommend this because its a unique side of anime that many people fail to see the merits of. However, if you are willing to give it a go, watching this genre can have you squealing in no time. 8. AnoHanaI don't quite know if this series is popular or not, but one thing's for sure--get the tissues ready. Tragedy. Coming of age. Bonds between people. This series will leave you wondering if you are a glutton for punishment. 9. Steins; GateOne of the best time-traveling sci-fi shows I've ever seen. Plenty of references to Norse Mythology and crazy otaku scenes to keep you inside the world of tropes, but also break that barrier and become something so unique. There is no other series like Steins;Gate. It will rip your heart out. 10. Higurashi When They CryFirst things first--not nearly as cutesy as it looks. This series goes above and beyond capturing the one thing  anime never can get quite right - horror. Hope these are "not famous" enough! And enjoy.

What are the best dark mangas?

I went through the answers and I haven’t seen these so I’ll add them. The Kyogokudo series: It’s a series of horror manga with a few elements of science-fiction/supernatural. Basically, each part of the series revolves around how the main characters resolve mysterious and pretty confusing cases. He’s the most central character, whose nickname is the same as the author’s last name.Shiki: It’s an old manga about vampires (that I’ve always mentioned when talking about horror manga). I really like the way the author handles the clash between vampires and humans, featuring both sides as natural creatures just trying to survive. In a way, it’s similar to Tokyo Ghoul, only older, and (in my opinion) better.Maoh Juvenile Remix: This is another manga that I’ve always, always tried to recommend here, because it’s really good. It’s not a horror manga, but it’s pretty dark in terms of themes and plotline. This manga doesn’t have a good side and a bad side; just two factions clashing against each other. Which side is good or bad, well, that’s up to the audience to decide.Well that’s it for now.

Why do so many startups fail?

There are many different reasons why startups or companies in general fail. In my experience, however, I think there is no one single cause, but a constellation of mistakes or misfortunes that once combined can be fatal. Common causes include: -  hiring! having the right people on board is key, a wrong hire can ruin a company; - cash! many entrepreneurs fail to anticipate or generally underestimate the cash requirements of their business; - infrastructure! here I am referring to execution infrastructure which may be as basic as billing system, IT, policies etc. I my experience, most startups neglect this areas as they focus principally on bringing their products to market and hope to figure-out the rest later; - product! sometimes great product simply fail the test of simplicity and consumers or customers simply walk away; avoid complexity in product design;- governance! another aspect commonly ignored by startups. Co-founers, board and advisers are key to the success of any venture. Choose wisely. - leadership! another key success or failure factor is the leader; management style is important. How do you treat your employees? how do you communicate, motivate and chart the course?- customers! most startups create products without a market or a problem to solve, and then spend valuable time and resources looking for the problem. Listening to the needs of the customer / market is very important. In today's 'Lean Startup', it is possible to come to market quickly with simple Minimum Viable Product, and study what works, and what does not, obtain feedback and iterate like mad..
