Job Interview Call Centre - Will They Contact Over Weekend To Confirm Interview

Childtime daycare interview tips?

Be prepared to answer questions about your discipline philosophy, and your previous work experiences that relate to this field. It' s a coin toss in a way because it can vary from location to location. They will probably want to know what you expect to be paid.

What is the interview process like for Sprint Call Centers?

I have never worked from Sprint, but I did work for Alltel (which is now part of Verizon) at a call center. First, they called me for a phone interview, where I had to answer things over the phone (kind of makes sense since you'll be talking on the phone). When I passed that part I was accepted for a second interview, face to face. When I went in for my interview they first took me over to a computer and testing my typing speed and accuracy- since you will be sitting at a computer all day, and you'll need to access things fast. After they did that, they pulled me into an office and did a formal interview- nothing new. They asked me why I wanted to work for them, etc. etc. They also required that I got a drug test, so I had to go do that.

I'm not sure how different Sprint is- they may go over situations with you, and ask you how you would deal with them. Just remember in this case that you want to make the customer happy, or at least show respect in a situation that you cannot help them as much (such as unpaid bills). Remain calm. They won't put you on a phone with a customer, but they may roleplay with you- so just keep respectful attitude in mind.

Since my interview went well, and they knew I would pass the drug test I was offered the job on the spot. But it may be different if a lot of people are applying or whatnot.

Now, with Alltel we had a month long class, they may do something similar once you get the job. There is a lot to learn about the phone industry. When you actually hit the floor, try to manage stress well. It is an extremely stressful job, that's why they pay so much. So, hopefully you can handle yourself pretty well.

Good luck on getting the job- who knows, I may be calling you for help with me phone since I just transfered to Sprint! Take it easy, and remain calm during the interview, you'll do great!

How long does it take to receive the call from Accenture after technical interview?

I don’t know, I have never interviewed with them. Even if someone could tell you, it doesn’t mean much for your situation anyway. As large as Accenture is there may be a good deal of variability from group to group. Their clients and their circumstances might also play a role. Also these contracting firms especially Federal Government contractors might start accepting people and even start interviewing before the contract has been awarded to them. It is conceivable that they interviewed you for a job that they don’t really have yet.Best course of action with any employer. You go pedal to the metal actively and actively looking until you get a written offer letter. What they may or may not do is worth zero until they actually commit. Also understand that an employer’s commitment still isn’t worth very much - because I have heard stories about laying people off on their very first day.

IS THIS GOOD OR BAD??

What type of questions should I expect in an interview for an Asset Analyst position?

I have an interview for an Asset Analyst position with a fixed income administrative services company. I'm not sure what type of questions to expect, as this will be my first time interviewing for this type of position. I graduated college about 3 1/2 years ago, but I've mostly been working temp jobs since then. I've worked at an investment management company (but in the call center) for about 6 months and I've worked at a bank lock box processing center for 2 1/2 years (both temp assignments). I was actually surprised when the company called me for this interview because 1) I actually applied for a Data Analyst position, but they said they want me to interview for Asset Analyst instead and 2) because I don't have prior experience in that position. What should I expect in my interview??

How many days will it take Capgemini to send an offer letter after the HR discussion or clearing the first phase of the interview? Is there any premedical examination before the offer letter as well?

I recently took capgemini for Senior Consultant position feb2019. As usual like any other service oriented company they told us to share the documents after discussing the salary details. The surprise part is we dint fix the salary and they themselves fixed it and said we will send for approval to higher management. We waited for 1 week no response again made a followup again in the 2nd week no response.3rd week we called the director who took the interview and to my surprise he asked me to drop an email so that he can follow up.All of them are useless as they reside in same place and took to their advantage. If they want to reject a person they could have done at 1st hand instead of that alluring candidates into expectation and turned the table upside down.Even after all these dramas we made a followup on the 4th week and to our surprise the HR tagged me to someother job within capgemini which are irrelevant ot my role and had blocked the number. She himself called us for providing offer letter and now she himself blocked us in her contact list. Its not only me even another candidate from my current company dint get the offer even after submitting documents. Its evident they think they are smart and can play around just by wasting time of others.I request each and every one of you to think twice before joining and taking up interview with this company. This company also has a history of 0% hike for the FYI 2018.Listen,act and then proceed with your instincts.Let me provide you the HR contact details - Ashwini Andhale.Capgemini director - Manish Haria. Please be careful and be wise.
