What careers fit this description?

Sounds like trading to me. If you have an addictive personality and want to develop self discipline but go through a few years of hell while you learn the ropes and make no money at all, then this should be ideal. The hours can be mental torture too. And you need focus.Sales has more of a competitive edge with other sales people, but it is very, very back biting industry in general. You need to be good with people, work to help everyone - customers, your company, your boss, and yourself while making everyone feel like they are the most important person in the process. However I would say that it is less about laser focus and more about understanding people.Otherwise, I have found that any job can be as you describe it if you go in with the right mental attitude. Friendly competition keeps things interesting, and competing against yourself even more so.But the very best idea is to be your own boss. Then you are competing against everyone else on the market, and you get to choose where the rewards go. Become an entrepreneur and you get to do everything, at least to start with. The ultimate challenge. Then you get to choose who your 'band of brothers' will be.

Radiologist job description?

Yea the salaries may fall within that range. You will need superior scores and a lot of dedication with tons of research to become a radiologist. It may appear glamorous from a distance with such high salaries etc but the actual job may not be that easy. People who get into radiology don't do it only for the money. Its much more than that. Same goes for surgery.

Lemme quote qui gon jinn from starwars 1 (if you are a starwars fan) to help you understand the picture:
"Training to become a jedi is not an easy challenge and even if you succeed its a hard life." Just replace the word jedi with radiologist/surgeon. ;-)

Care.com description for why your good for the job?

See if this works. Start out by writing about what makes you unremarkable, vanilla, same as everyone else, nothing special. Things like I show up. I watch the kid. I get paid. I go home. I sit on the couch the whole time. Really blah stuff like that.

Then, go back and see if you can reword some of these. I am punctual, dependable, and reliable. I engage with the child, showing an interest in their favorite activities and encouraging them. They are my focus while I am responsible for their well-being.

Put yourself in a parent's shoes, and what would you want the sitter to represent to you to care for your precious children?
