The illuminati is a secret world organisation just like freemasons, rockefellers society, skulls and bones, etc... Their motive is to achieve fame, riches and worldly pleasures by satan worship. I want to ask a question back to you about your shoe wear and usage. What type of shoe are you wearing and what do you do when you’re wearing them? I’m not asking about brand name, but rather type: i.e. running, cross-training, walking, or what we track coaches like to call “fashion shoes”.Nike and Adidas make great shoes for exercising, but people have a tendency to buy what looks cool or pretty rather than focusing on how they’re going to be wearing the shoe. So many of my track athletes buy Nike, but they are not running shoes, they are “fashion shoes” which means no stability, no support for high mileage or high impact. If you have shoes like this and you’re using them for exercise, that could be why they’re falling apart so easily.Any running shoes, regardless of brand name should be replaced after about 300–500 miles, but I would stick to the lower end of that range, especially if you’re noticing pain in your feet and ankles a lot more than usual. If you’re wearing shoes that aren’t even built for running, then that mileage is going to be a whole lot less.A good visual test we do with our kids is to take the toe and heel of the shoe in both your hands and bend it, trying to make the heel and toe touch. If you can easily make your shoe essentially bend in half and touch the opposite ends together, then it’s time for new shoes.If you want a good work out shoe, I recommend Asics. They are my favorite brand of running shoe and it’s all I wore in college for practice. I didn’t wear them in meets because that’s what race spikes and jumping shoes are for. Saucony and New Balance are also great running shoe brands, but regardless of brand, always make sure that you are buying a shoe based on what you’re going to use it for and not what looks visually appealing.Hope this helps!
