Korean Birthday Wishes

How do you say "Can you wish me a Happy Birthday?" in Korean?

I guess this phrase may be used between lovers or friends that are close enough to joke around with acceptable social etiquette. Kind of like how you can say, "You better wish me a Happy Birthday as soon as the clock turns 12:00AM".

So, the translation you are looking for is:
"내 생일 축하해 줘야해" / congratulate me in my birthday: ne seng-il chuk-ha-he juo-ya-hae

"내 생일 축하해줘" (less formal than the former): ne seng-il chuk-ha-he-juo

Or more closely verbatim "내 생일 축하해 줄 수 있어?" / Can you congratulate me on my birthday?.
: ne seng-il chuk-ha-he jul su itsso?

Taeyeon SNSD's sentence is incomplete and not grammatically correct. Yumyum's 생일 축하합니다 (seng-il chuk-ha hab-ni-da) is literally happy birthday which is not what you are looking for.

Korean birthday wish or poem ?

Hello,

my best friends' birthday is soon and I wanted to know , if you know a really beautiful birthday poem or wish in korean ( or english ) that I could write her.
She's korean and such a lovely person - she's a sister for me , that's why I want a special birthday poem in which it should be expressed that I wish her all the best, love, luck , etc.
But maybe there's a standard korean way of it.

Thanks in advance to all of you :)
