Lately My Urines Been Coming Out Kinda Dark How Do I Know When I

Should you stop taking vitamin B2 if your urine is neon yellow?

The yellow coloring of urine after taking B-vitamins is not anything to be concerned about. The color comes from taking a B-complex containing Riboflavin (B2). Our bodies don’t store very much B2 so it uptakes and uses it very quickly. The excess is urinated out, the color of this is a fluorescent yellowish-green. Taking a B-complex can also make urine smell funny, this too is nothing to be worried about.

Why is my urine dark yellow when I drink quite a lot of water? I do sweat quite often too.

Are you worried about the colour of your urine? The colour of your urine can tell you a lot about your health. It's the body’s way of filtering out waste and excess water after all. That’s why it can vary throughout the day, for example you might find your urine is darker in the morning when it’s more concentrated.Normally though, when you’re healthy and well-hydrated, urine is pale and straw coloured, and it shouldn’t have a strong odour - if any. But urine can also be:DarkRedOrangeGreen or blueFrothyCloudyAs a result of dehydration, food or food dye, or a medical condition. If your urine has changed colour, don’t panic - darker urine can be the result of mild dehydration and even red urine (which can look alarming!) might be the result of a medication that you’re taking or food such as beetroot. But if you’re at all concerned you should always book an appointment with your doctor.Below, you can read more about 6 of the most common types of unusual urine, and their causes:Is my pee normal?

Why does my urine gets darker when I'm sick?

The most common cause of dark urine when you are sick is dehydration. the urine gets dark from being more concentrated, assuming you mean having a cold or flu when you said “sick”. Another cause could be medications. Even if you drink a lot of fluids when you have a cold or flu, you could still be dehydrated from not eating much - most of the food we eat is like 80% water, and most people do not have much of an appetite when they’re sick - we miss out on a lot of fluid when we dont eat enough. Also, you could still be dehydrated regardless of amount of fluid intake due to drinking fluids that have too much sugar and or sodium, like gatorade types of drinks. Its a good practice to mix gatorage half and half with water. Another suggestion for proper fluid intake to prevent dehydration when you are sick, is to drink only waters that have electrolytes and or trace minerals added, or water from natural sources that have more trace minerals than plain water. If you are nauseous, plain water doesnt go down easily, and more importantly, your body absorbs water with trace minerals and electrolytes more quickly. You will want to avoid drinking distilled water, as it has no minerals or electrolytes, therefore it will leach minerals and electrolytes from your body, possibly making the dehydration worse, could cause a dangerous electrolyte imbalance, and could prevent your body from retaining much needed fluids when you are dehydrated. Overall, drinking too much water, especially without electrolytes added, when you are sick, could actually make you even more dehydrated, especially if you arent eating much.

I drink a lot of water. But my urine is always a dark yellow as if I'm dehydrated. What could be the cause?

Urobilinogen. If you have jaundice (an excess level of bilirubin in the blood, naturally formed by the breakdown of blood cells and normally excreted in the bile) ending up in the urine with liver diseases, you could be in trouble. Here’s a cheap test. Urinate in a glass jar, seal the top and shake it. If the bubbles have a yellow color, see a doctor. Also if the whites of your eyes are yellow, see a doctor.

White string in my urine?

"If you are drinking water properly (about 4 oz every half hour) you will notice these thread like and fine white particles in your urine. MD's will run all sorts of tests, but the tests turn up negative. When cells die in your body, the water you drink helps flush out the cell fragments. Those are the strings and little dots of white material suspended in your urine. It's a natural biological function. If you don't drink enough water, those dead cells don't get washed out and you are building up toxins within your body."

Why is my urine still yellow even though I drink around 2 litres of water per day?

urine is yellow because of urea produced during protein metabolism, you must have a high protein diet, or perhaps enough so that your urine is yellow . It is healthy and normal and you shouldn't worry. things you do have to worry about is it being a sickly yellow, having excess protein, excess electrolytes, hormones, or glucose.(these things are correlated with diseases or medical conditions)

FOUL smelling urine an random color changes...?? plz help!!?

It sounds like you are dehydrated. Being dehydrated will concentrate your urine, making it darker in color, cloudy, and sometimes can sting when urinating. The foul smell can be related to what you eat added to concentrated urine can make for a real pungent ordor. Another possibility regarding the foul smell could be a bacterial infection in your vagina, called bacterial vaginosis or BV. BV is not considered a STD, although you can acquire through sex but women who have never had sex get it. BV is basically an overgrowth of bad bacteria that we naturally have in our vaginas. There is a ton of information online about BV, it would be worth your time to research it. But with so many variables, when in doubt check it out! If you aren't satisfied with your doctor's answers or treatment see someone else, it's your body...

Why is my urine either clear or a darker yellow and sinks?

Every time I go to the bathroom lately it's either been light yellow or clear then a couple hours later it was really dark? I'm not a very big drinker so it's hard to force it down sometimes. It might just be dehydration but I would just like another opinion :) thanks

Why is my pee yellow even after drinking a lot of water for the past few days?

I believe you must see a doctor, preferably a nephrologist. In the mean time, keep drinking lots of water. Also, if you can, have 3–4 glasses of lemon water everyday. But try and see a doctor please.

Black/Very dark brown flakes in urine???( Male )?

Here recently I have been peeing some really black or dark brown flakes and im kinda freaking out. I have been having some pain in my kidney area but nothing too bad. I mean the pain wasn't so bad that I could lift in the weight room but still it worries me. And whenever I pee whenever I am well..erect the flakes are more abundant, like in the mornings and what not. I am a very healthy person, I hardly ever get sick and I am physically active, and I am 15. I don't know what to do, I AT LEAST want to know what it is. So if anyone has an idea please let me know, thanks.
