I have a laundry stain problem?
Because these are biological stains, you need to use an enzyme-based stain remover, laundry detergent alone won't do it. In Canada I would recommend biodegradeable "Laundry Miracle' made by The Soap Factory. It is available at most Home Hardware stores. Any where in the world - if you take a look at the labels in the grocery store, or a hardware store, you will likely find what you need. Look for 'biological stain remover'.
Sims 3 Town Life problem! HELP!!!?
How do I use the laundry sink/tub on Sims 3 Town Life Stuff pack, it doesn't work when I click on it. I only gives the option to brush teeth, wash hands, and tinker. And when I click on the hamper and hover over "do laundry" it says "There are no available washing machines on this lot" when I have the washing tub. I don't have the money for a washing/drying machine and I'm not using cheats, so all I want to know is how to get the laundry sink/tub to work. Thanks!

Would a laundry business help people?
Sure it would! The question though who you’d like to target, or what target segment is the largest, and how to deliver the service. Do you want to compete with the low-end self-service launderettes but make them more digital so that people can for instance see whether there’s capacity available?Or do you want to create a technology based platform where people can sign-up and select a date that you pick-up the laundry. A platform where they can see the progress online. You might in the end even combine this with other service like grocery delivery as your becoming a drop-off service anyway. Or cooperate with a delivery service on one side of the platform and existing launderettes on the other side of the platform with the goal to maximize the launderettes usage while taking a margin over every customer. You’re simply the broker.There are many possibilities to design a business model here, so why don’t you go to a local launderette and ask what the challenges / problems of the users are. At the same time you could launch a simple homepage to check click-through rates and see the zest for a full-service laundry platform.
Can using too much laundry detergent cause skin problems?
Using more soap does not get your clothes cleaner, but it can cause the washer to not be able to rinse it out. This might cause your skin problem, especially if you are allergic to any of the chemicals in Tide. The excess soap in your clothes might cause your skin to react similar to how it would react if you used a lot of soap in the shower, but did not wash it off. To get your clothes cleaner, do not over-stuff the washer. Also, follow the directions on the bottle/box of laundry soap you use. The company has already figured out the optimum amount of soap to use for the amount of clothes you are washer, which is why the cap/scoop has lines for measuring and a soap vs. amount of clothing guide on the package. You may also want to try using different brands in case you also have allergies to the chemicals used (check the packaging-most companies that make laundry soap will advertize that they do not cause allergies if they have removed/not used the chemicals that usually cause allergy reactions, hence Allergy-free or Allergen-free on the label). If your clothes SMELL clean coming out of the washer, they probably ARE clean. If they smell like body oder, wash them again-don't overdo the soap on one washing.

You will see that: 2/3 x - 183 + 5/7 x - 183 + 183 + 1/5 x = x This works out I believe to 166/105x - 183 = x 61x/105 = 183 61x = 19215 so x = 19215 ÷ 61 x = 315 total people Check it with the given facts (because I already found two errors I made and fixed them).
Washing machine help! Door problems?
I have a Hotpoint Aquarius WD420, the wash has finished but the door won't open! I have tried unplugging it and leaving it for 30minutes, no success. I've even tried washing the clothes again and it still doesn't open. http://www.comparestoreprices.co.uk/images/ho/hotpoint-wd420g.jpg Above is a picture of the washing machine, I can pull the door handle, but it just seems loose and doesn't open the machine. This is quite irritating and I'd really like some ideas on how to get it open. Thanks a lot
Why does my laundry room smell like a sewer? What can be done to get the smell out?
I’m a master plumber as well as a builder and do phone consults each week for people that have sewer gas problems. Check out this photo and see if you understand what’s going on:The three most common sewer gas issues in laundry rooms are:dried-out floor drain or laundry sink drain (rare cause)new washing machine drain hose inserted in drain stand pipe (quite common)dirty washing machine growing mold and mildew (very common with HE machines)I took that photo above. It shows the common rough-in piping for a washing machine.After the drywall is installed, all you see is the white box in the upper left.Modern washing machines come now with a smaller flexible drain hose attached to the machines. Idiot installers insert the ENTIRE hose into the box above.If you make this mistake, you force the end of the hose PAST the U-shaped p-trap you see under the vertical stand pipe.Sewer gas will come back THROUGH the drain hose into the washing machine if the end of the hose is above the water line on the far side of the p-trap.You should only have about 1 foot of drain hose go down into the pipe that’s extends out the bottom of the box.Mildew and mold growing around / under the gaskets in HE washing machines also cause a sewer-gas-like odor. When the mold and mildew eject spores into the room air, the gas used to launch the spores has a foul odor. When millions of spores launch, you can imagine the stench.I find the best thing to clean mold and mildew is non-toxic oxygen bleach.
