Learn How To Take The Weight Off

How long does it take for water weight to leave the body, and how long does it take to show on the scale?

how long does it take for water weight to leave the body? This really depends on what is causing the water retentio. Your body can retain water for a number of reasons: you have consumed an exceptional amount of carbohydrate, you have consumed a higher than usual amount of sodium, you have damaged muscle tissue ( you’ve worked out and now have sore muscles). How long you retain water can also depend on how you treat it.For carbs and sodium, it can be as little as a day before you see the weight come of, or it can take 2–3 days. For retention related to exerted muscles repairing themselves, it lasts as long as it takes for the muscles to finish healing. In both cases, the symptom can be eased by hydrating. The body retains water because it wants to ensure that it has enough hydration to manage a whack of extra sodium or repair itself. If there is an ample supply of water availabl, then retaining extra water is no longer such a priority. How long does it take to show on the scale?About as long as it takes to pee. Once your body has released retained water, it is processed the same way water is always processed.

I want to lose weight but i have no motivation!!!!!!?

just know the first couple weeks will be the toughest. you'll be dieting and exercising and giving up yummy foods but still feeling "fat." a couple weeks after you've started you'll notice a weight change and you'll feel better, and then it will be worth it to you
1. work out in the morning, it will jump start your metabolism and you'll burn more calories each day
2. join a gym, some are as cheap as 10 dollars a month and by exercising on machines youll see how many calories youre burning
3. eat heathier. salads and whole wheat wraps and fruit are just some meal choices. go food shopping and plan what to eat at each meal. you have to eat healthy though. theres no point of busting your *** working out if you're going to stuff your face after
4. replace soda with water.
5. if you want, use a diet pill. this gave me more motivation because i tried and failed at just exercising and dieting so many times and this gave me a little push. you can order some online or buy some at drug stores. research a few. you WILL need to still workout and exercise however.

weigh yourself when you start and after each week to prove that your hard work is paying off!
like i said, it will be tough at first. try to workout everyday, even if its just taking a long walk. once u start seeing results youll become more motivated and not miss your old ways.

How long have you kept the weight off? How Much weight did you lose?

When I first moved to US at age 16, the first year I gained over 10 pounds due to the excitement of huge access to junk foods (In china processed or fast foods are a lot more expensive than real foods). After I gained over 10 pounds and clothes start to get tight, I lost the weight and kept it off until I went to college and lived off of frozen foods because I didn't know how to cook. I gained 10 pounds or so then after I got my first real job (2012) and started to learn how to cook, I lost the excess weight for good and I haven't gained them back. Based upon my personal experience learning how to cook healthy tasty foods are really key to lose the weight for good. I also adopted a healthier lifestyle by staying active whenever I can but cooking and eating healthy are key.Hopefully this helps and here are my favorite go to healthy recipes over the course of years:Healthy Breakfast RecipesHealthy Lunch and Dinner RecipesHealthy Side Dishes (Tasty Veggies & More)Healthy Dessert RecipesGood luck!

How long does it take to actually see weight loss?

Weight Loss is usually easier in the beginning and gets harder over time. If you start dieting, it’s very common to see a 4–5 pound drop on the scale in the first week.If you have a lot of weight to lose, you will be able to lose quite a bit of weight during your first 4–8 weeks by simply eating better and exercising.By this time, will have lost 4–8 pounds or even more and this will be very noticeable. As you get leaner, it will become harder to lose more weight and you will run into weight loss plateaus.Weight Loss Plateau – What To Do When You Stop Losing WeightOn the positive side, if you’re relatively lean and lose even a little bit of fat, it will be more noticeable. If an obese person loses 2 pounds, it will not be very noticeable but if a lean person loses 2 pounds, it will be noticeable.I would say that you should see a significant change within the first 4–8 weeks of dieting. As a coach, I always encourage people to focus on FAT LOSS and NOT WEIGHT LOSS. If you can build muscle while losing fat, your transformation will be even more noticeable and faster. The more muscle mass you have, the leaner you will look. This applies to women as well.Hope this helps!Follow me on Instagram for daily fitness tips!Anand (@underdog.strength) • Instagram photos and videosFree Workouts25 Fat-Blasting HIIT Workouts - Underdog Strength

How long will it take me to learn to tumble?

It depends on how much and how hard you work at it. I started gymnastics when I was 15 and it took me about a year to be able to do a back hand spring. But I had no previous experience and I couldn't even do a cartwheel when I started. And I only took one class a week.
You can already do a back bend, so even though you have no previous gymnastics experience, it sounds like your back is already pretty flexible. I had to develop that flexibility, because I couldn't do a back bend when I started. If you get private lessons (one on one with a coach) you will probably learn faster, but that would also be more expensive. How fast you learn will depend on how much effort you put into it and how much time you spend practicing.

How long does it take for your period weight to go away?

Hi Adrienne,

I put on about 1.5kg around my period and it takes me about 2 days to wee it all out once my period finishes. That's just over 2 pounds.

But I have to say to you, I couldn't care less. It worries me (a lot!) that you are so worried about your weight that you stress out over water retention during your period. The fact that you're so young makes it even more worrying, because you're probably vulnerable to eating disorders right now.

I usually try to make suggestions without telling people what to do, but in your case Adrienne I am going to make an exception.

PLEASE focus on keeping your body healthy. Learn about the daily healthy eating requirements for your age group and activity level and stick to them. Keep your mind on giving your body the best fuel to do its job.

The USDA recommends 9 servings of fruit and vegetables daily for those consuming 2000 calories a day. As a growing (and hopefully active) teenager that's what you should be getting. Of those 9 servings, make at least 5 of them vegetables.... a serving size is about half a cup.

Any grain products you eat should be wholegrain.

Fulfil these basics and you'll be on your way to a healthy, balanced, sustainable weight.

Take care.

How long does it take before I begin to see weight loss results from working out?

You go on a reduction diet (LCHF) to lose weight. You exercise to be fit, toned, healthy, in good mood, etc.As summed up below:Your workout should consist of CARDIO and STRENGTH training on alternate days.30 minutes per day is considered enough with Sundays for relaxing. You should eat 25 gr of carbs or less per day.1 gr of proteins per pound body weight per day.As much fats as you like.Half of the meal should be vegetables.Only 2–3 pieces of fruit per day as snack, in-between the meals.Drink only water, teas and coffees.Cook only on butter and coconut oil.Put lots of olive oil on your salads.Do NOT drink Cokes, soft drinks, and similar.Do NOT use supplements, shakes, steroids, weight-reducing drugs, muscle-making drugs or anything else coming from a factory. You should observe benefits in your overall physical feeling almost immediately.Limbering and stretching before and after exercise, fast pulse rate and breathing during cardio, you’ll start to “feel” your own muscles, you’ll also feel next day soreness after a good strength day, etc. After maybe days, or weeks, you’ll notice that you can run (bike, swim, etc) longer and lift heavier weights.BTW, it seems that many lifts of light weights do the sculpting, and small number of very heavy weight build strength.
