What causes a pulsating sensation in my lower leg?

If it is painful, you may be talking about a muscle cramp. Muscle cramps in the lower leg are not uncommon. If you just feel a throbbing sensation, with no pain, this could be from sitting in the same position too long and blood pooling in the veins.Studies have shown that sitting too long can be dangerous to your health.Instead, take a break every hour, even if it is only for 5 minutes. Walk around and give you legs a break. It is very important that blood not be allowed to pool in your legs, as this can be a cause of dangerous blood clots.Try walking up the stairs if this is doable, every day, and walking as much as you can.If the throbbing or pulsing does not go away after two weeks of changing your habits, seek medical attention.

I feel like there is a pulse in my knee?

There are major blood vessels that travel through your knee, so feeling the pulse there shouldn't be anything to get worried over. It sounds like your knee might be inflamed from the minor surrounding damage/ swelling, and this would put pressure on your blood vessels that may cause you to feel the throbbing sensation. when you're sick or allergic, more fluid than normal can leak out from your vessels and cause this swelling (can lead to a plugged nose for example).

overall it sounds like your problems are all coming from your illness so hopefully it will all clear up in a week or so.

Why do I have pulsating pain in the lower right of my back?

Greetings Austin,Give thanks for your request for my help in guidance.I wonder if you may have kidney cysts forming on your kidneys and some digestive sluggishness which is causing the pulsating feeling you are experiencing when you lay down or are waking up? Sounds like it lasts a few hours and then goes away. You could also have a fatty liver that is causing you liver and/or gallbladder distress. In any of these events I have above, clearing your system and elevating digestion, clearing cysts would be a great idea! Plant-based diets work so very well for this and remove the mucous, (cow pus) from your life which cleanses your internal organs, digestions and is a win!Hope this is somewhat helpful Austin~

What causes a pulsating knee?

You should have a pulse in the back of your knee(This area is known as the popliteal Fossa) the main blood supply to your lower leg runs through the back of the knee. You are unable to feel a pulse at the front due to the patella but you should be able to feel a pulse in the back - this is normal anatomy. If it is very different from the other knee then I would suggest a visit to your family doctor as other things can occurYou did not mention pain in the knee so I will not dwell on the painful knee and you did not mention mobility problems. You did not mention any trauma recently nor previously. As long as your lower leg is normal size, colour and non tender I would not be alarmed. But if you have a concern visit your family doctor for a check up

Is it dangerous to start feeling a pulsating vein in your forehead?

A vein does not pulsate. A pulsating artery in the forehead, that one would feel without touching it, would be rather unusual, because there aren’t any larger arteries in the forehead in the first place. Here is a diagramTherefore, if you are still feeling a spontaneous pulsations in your forehead, you should see your physician. I however think that nothing should start pulsating all of a sudden in your forehead, therefore it is safe to say that there is nothing to worry about.
