Levante Have A Practically New Team They Also Have A Lot Of Injuries So Whats Wrong With Beating

Football (Soccer): What rules would you change?

Here is a few I would like to change:Relax on the offside rule. Referees are shown to get offsides wrong 3x a match and goals are too often wrongly ruled out. Relaxing the offsides rule will give referees so much more room. Unless the player is obviously offsides, the game is played on which would increase goal tallies.Get rid of numerous rules protecting goalkeepers. Being the keeper is the most protected position in the game. Due to the high number of injuries keepers received from players going right after the ball and trying to nick it off of them. I was in support of numerous rules giving them protection, but the system we have right now is too much. For touching the keeper is a foul and to beat him in the air is a foul.Instant replays. This is already in practice in the likes of the Netherlands, but it has to improve or it will ruin the flow of the game.Get rid of two legged fixtures and replays from domestic cup competitions. Domestic cups give glory to smaller sides and gives the possibility of giant killings. However, the two legged fixtures in countries like Spain and their Copa del Rey ruin it. It takes away glory from smaller sides as Barca or Real will just win in the second leg if they screw up the first. It ends up being the two best teams facing in the final, that is what a league is for and you’ll never see sides like Levante seek glory. Replays also put havoc on teams who need to rest their squad. Get it over and done with immediately because teams like Man Utd have way too many fixtures to add replays.Limit managers a club can have during a season to 2 or 3. It is obvious isn’t it? Way too many sackings in today’s football and coaches are expected to almost go invincible or out the door. Truly sickening and limiting managers to 2 or 3 would give managers some sort of protection.Get every Premier League club to adopt safe standing. Fans are almost boring at times and the atmosphere in grounds are becoming worse and worse. I understand the safety procedures needed, but it has gone too far. Bringing safe standing to England would do a world of good.Getting rid of protections for referees. Referees should be respected officials etc, I get that, they run the game. However, punishments should be handed out to referees if they make bad calls or have a poor game. These people shouldn’t be allowed to be complete dictators in the game and there needs to be some level of punishments.

How would you describe Barcelona's defeat to Levante? Does Messi's absence played a role in this?

Humiliating. Frustrating. Dreadful.Barcelona seemed to be well on track to be invincible in this edition of La Liga but their 36 game undefeated streak ended in a 5-4 loss against Levante and Valverde is not amused.Without the rested Lionel Messi, Barcelona would've thought to continue their unbeaten run this season but it was not to be, courtesy of Emmanuel Boateng sensational hat-trick which gave the hosts 5-1 advantage after 56 minutes. Phillipe Coutinho, on the other hand took the center stage and showed his worth by a brilliant hat-trick to bring the score down to 5-4 with 14 minutes to play, removing some humiliation from the loss. But Barcelona couldn't score again despite a few opportunities and were handed their first defeat this season.Barcelona head coach Ernesto Valverde couldn't hide his anger after Levante ended the champions' quest for an unbeaten La Liga season on the penultimate week."I'm very angry not to finish unbeaten but there's nothing I can do about it," Valverde told beIN Sport. We have to look forward. It was an amazing game with great effectiveness from our rival. We had a good reaction, we went forward, reduced the deficit and were close to a draw several times"Image-Levante v Barcelona - La LigaDespite questions raised on Barcelona's approach to this match, Valverde didn't miss a chance to praise the opponents as well who were simply unstoppable."Levante are the best team in the league right now for intensity and effectiveness," he said. "We saw it in their last game against Leganes [a 3-0 away win]. They also played very freely because they did not have tension and we have to recognise what they have done"Image-Levante v Barcelona - La LigaBarcelona were beaten 5-4 in a chaotic manner which featured some fairly dreadful defending by the Spanish champions. The 10 minutes after the first half was a disaster. Phillipe Coutinho did extremely well to drag the Catalans back but in the end, the lead was just too much. Ernesto Valverde's anguish is quite genuine as after 36 undefeated games, with Real Madrid out of the equation, this loss would be heartbreaking.Just think about Lionel Messi, who worked so hard for those 36 unbeaten games, sometimes miraculously getting his side back (2–2 against Sevilla). Just missed a game, and BOOM! It all falls down.

Will PSG beat Madrid?

Oh yeah why not !Given the poor form of Real Madrid, everyone can beat us unless our defence problem is solved.PSG have the best attacking trio now a days (Mbappe,Neymar,Cavani). They have the power to cause any kind of trouble for any team in the world. But PSG has one problem;Defence. This is where i think PSG will slip. Thiago Silva is not a big game player .They even don’t have a reliable goal keeper. And the rest of the defence is not that much top class to match the madrid attack. If madrid manage to keep clean sheet at the bernabeu and take atleast 2 goal lead ,then i think that will be the end of UCL journey for PSgG because their will alot of pressure on PSG at their home and every one knows PSG can’t sustain that much pressureIf PSG have to win, then they have to over score Real Madrid. Also PSG have to make sure Modric and Kroos don’t control the midfield.AND BBC is also back .Though madrid had very bad season but they shouldn’t be underestimated because in UCL madrid is not that madrid you see in Laliga .But if Madrid found their form vs PSG then it will be very not only for PSG but also any other team in the tournament .My money is on Real Madrid to win .Anyway this is just my point of view .This is football and any thing can happen.Hope this helped!

How big of a debacle will the 2018-19 season be for FC Barcelona?

Seriously speaking 2016/17 was the worst barca season in recent times. Before starting of 17/18 season neymar left us real madrid thrashed us.We were not able to complete our targeted signings as well. This season if comparing to our previous season of 16/17. nobody expected even a double from us.the way we played till February was brilliant. The worst thing was rotation of squad and the way we got our champions league exit.A double is not bad ok. Its just english and spanish media who had created a hype of UCL RECENTLY. Winning a domestic double is not easy. Team and team playershave to be consistent enough. Now for 2018/19 season few things board has plannned are.1.SIGNINGS. * antonie griezmann could come in search of success , lenglet from sevilla andArthur melo as we are hearing is being tried to come in august only for adpting spanish life and football.2.ROTATION. I really don'tknow that what in this summer window will be the fate of andre gomes vidal digne alcacer. Rafinha is good doing good in inter theboth the boards must agree a deal on him.he cant survive the competition in barca. Now if all these are gone so our midfield is like coitinho busquets rakitic roberto with the backup of denis paulinho. Now i despately want alena sergi samper and oriol to play now.In attack IF paco is sold then we have jose arnaiz which is something fresh and we must try him.In defence we have vermaelen and mina(might go on loan as well)NOW I WISH YOU MIGHT BE BIT CONVINCED THAT WE AREN'T HAVING THAT MUCH BAD SEASON BUT I MUST TELL YOU DON'T HAVE OVER EXPECTATIONS FROM FC BARCELONA THIS SEASON IN UCL. WE CAN GO TILL QF OR SEMI FINAL. WINNING IT WILL BE A DIFFICULT TASK BUT WE CAN DO IT.#FORÇABARÇA
