Why are Libra rising considered to be beautiful?
I'm Scorpio-I have Libra rising and considered good looking according to my friends. I guess its because Libra is ruled by Venus. Libra is the sign of beauty, we like everything that is beautiful. Britney Spears, Claudia Schiffer, Ivanka Trump, Hall Barry, Grace Kelly, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Simpson, Laeticia Casta, Tatum O'Neal, and Scarlett Johanson all have Libra Rising. Libra Rising is beautiful?
Libra risings are so beautiful, even if they have a little acne, or aren't 100% perfect, you can just see that they have this feminine (yes both women and men) side to them that is undeniable, but it just adds to their attractiveness. They don't look the best when in the early part of life, but even then they are still attractive. Libra risings are usually "hot", and are viewed, rather very objectively, like candy. It's almost strange. Some examples of women with this placement: Katy Perry, Natalie Wood, etc. Is this simply because Libra is ruled by venus, and Venus being the planet of love immediately makes them more attractive to people?
Which rising sign is more attractive: Leo or Libra?
I find Leo's more attractive... I'm one too. hehe Honestly Leo's care about their hair [esp.]. They're somewhat more hairy then others... They have this sunny face and i think most people have symmetrical faces... Just because faces are symmetrical also doesn't make them all pretty... Maybe there's going to be a girl with big pussy lips *coughangelinajolielipewwwwcoughcough* and has small eyes that don't go with their faces... I mean libras do have charms, but they're not the most attractive. I think Leos are cute but Libras are more glamorous or pretty. But i'll always say that cute is better than pretty...so i go with Leo [and i just like them better because i have more fire elements in my chart than air and i have a leo moon + rising]

I am offended by Drops of Jupiters comment. Are you saying other Sun Libras are not gorgeous? I think sun Libras are stunning. All sun signs are beautiful in different ways. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What's plain and unseen one day can radiate and shine on another. Beauty grows.
Libra Rising Most Charming & Attractive??
I'm a Libra rising...I can be charming, and I wouldn't say I was unattractive. But I wouldn't say I'm the "most" attractive. I guess it's just the way we carry ourselves and smile that makes us such charmers. I often know the right things to say at the right time. But alas...I don't have people falling at my feet.
