Should you stop taking vitamin B2 if your urine is neon yellow?

The yellow coloring of urine after taking B-vitamins is not anything to be concerned about. The color comes from taking a B-complex containing Riboflavin (B2). Our bodies don’t store very much B2 so it uptakes and uses it very quickly. The excess is urinated out, the color of this is a fluorescent yellowish-green. Taking a B-complex can also make urine smell funny, this too is nothing to be worried about.

Does creatine turn pee neon?

Sooo... I took creatine for the first time and.. well, the pee looked like a fountain of mountain dew. I was a little tempted to fill up haha. I'm guessing it was the creatine because that's never happened. Has this happened to anyone else? Or am I just about to kill over

Why was my stool blue and green from taking creatine?

I took creatine monohydrate the powder kind. The flavor was rasberry or something and it was blue powder. After working out, I had loose stool and my stool was green and blue. Why?

What is the reason why urine might come out crystal clear?

The yellow color in urine comes from urobillin, which is derived from bilirubin. Clear urine means there's less urobillin. That can be innocuous if, for example, it's dilute because you are very well hydrated (though it can mean that you are over hydrated and at risk of water toxicity). If it's very persistent, it can also be indicative of diabetes insipidous (not the same as diabetes mellitus; diabetes insipidous has nothing to do with blood sugar but instead is a pituitary disorder that makes you pee more than ususal and is mostly harmless except it makes it easier for you to dehydrate). If you are constantly thirsty and wake up during the night to go pee, have yourself tested for diabetes.

What is the best food to reduce the creatinine level in blood?

Creatinine is a chemical waste product of muscle metabolism that is eliminated through the kidneys. Persistently high levels of creatinine indicate that the kidneys may not be functioning properly. The normal range of creatinine in blood is:· 0.6 to 1.2 mg/dL (or 53 to 106 mcmol/L) for males, and· 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dL (or 44 to 97 mcmol/L) for females. Some remedies: · Drinking plenty of water, for instance, is highly recommended when dealing with this problem.· Corn silk – Put 2 teaspoons of dried corn silk in boiling water. Cover and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Strain and drink this tea 3 times a day· Add 1 cup of barley into 4 cups of water. Boil the solution for 30 minutes. Strain and drink it slowly. Drink it daily.· Replace your regular tea, coffee or sodas with herbal tea.· Include more carrots, cucumbers, garlic, onion in your diet.· Vegetable proteins - nuts, pulses (beans, lentils etc), tofu ) is recommended. The higher intake is about 100-120 gm per day and the low intake is about 40-50 gm per day.

What vitamins make urine yellow?

Most synthetic supplements will make your urine yellow because you can’t utilize the nutrients. The majority of vitamins being sold today are synthetic and created in chemical labs. What this means is “….the vitamin B you just picked up at your health food store or drugstore is probably derived from coal tar. It’s easy for the manufacturer to claim it’s “natural,” because it once was – about 355 million years ago – but I like my vegetables a little fresher than that, and I know my body does too.”In the book, Back to the Basics of Health Health, Mary Frost explains, “The body treats all synthetic vitamins as foreign substances, reacting to them like toxins. These toxins are then processed and neutralized by the liver, which sends them to the kidneys for elimination. The is the real story behind the “expensive urine” of excessive vitamin intake.”I wrote a whole post about this if you’re interested in learning more: Things Your Doctor Won't Tell You... - Peace Love & Kale

Does colourless urine after sleeping for 9 hours indicate a disorder in the kidney’s function?

By colourless urine, you mean transparent? In which case, nothing to worry about there.Urine, contrary to the other answers, is a good indicator as to your level of health, if symptoms persist. Not beng qualified to diagnose over the net though, if you are worried about any of your bodily fluids you should ask your doctor.I have found in the past that the odour, and colour of my urine has been pretty clear about my health, and as such, when it gets thicker and darker in colour, I know I am dehydrated. When it is almost entirely clear and odourless, nothing seems to be wrong with me.If I’ve been hammering the alcohol, or fatty foods, then it will get milky in colour, and if left in a pot, will develop a crust, this is not the best urine..Why were we keeping it in pots I hear you ask? For fixing dyes in wool dying. If I was eating too many sugary foods and drinks it would tend to be frothy.I keep an eye on my bodily fluids,as everyone should. In times gone past, the doctor would learn more from the colour and taste (yes really) of your urine, along with the texture, colour and odour of your excrement, and finally the odour of your breath than they do today with just a glance at you.The top tests are blood tests, they can tell lots of stuff from a full blood analysis. It is true that your urine will change from time to time, but colour differences should only really be worried about if they persist, or are clearly containing other fluids than just urine. Blood in the urine is straight to A-n-E, mine was for kidney stones. But clear odourless urine is okay. Doesn’t mean that you may not have other health issues though. Early this year, I got pneumonia, (bacterial) and my urine was clear. If you are in no pain, and the kidneys can be fickle about this, as they can get really quite screwed up before you know about it, then I wouldn’t personally worry. As usual, the standard disclaimer applies;- I’m not a doctor, do not now your personal pathology, or lifestyle, and am not qualified to judge abut your health issues.Doctors can do that.
