Lineup Chaos Need Advice

What is the best career advice you'd give to someone who is successful at their job (but miserable at work) because they can't stand a colleague?

My advice is more from a psychology perspective. First off, remember that you will not like everyone and that’s OK.But you do not want to dread going to work everyday because of a person, so you should figure out why you don’t like them. Then I would recommend having a conversation with this person in a very calm, non-threatening way. Remember to keep your emotions in check though because by letting other people affect your state of mind can lead to bad situations.Ask them if they have any issues with working with you? If you both can identify what the underlying problem is, you can try to figure out a solution (What can we do to help this working relationship). You might be surprised at how easy it is to talk things through. You may want to set boundaries for you and them though. And you should also be prepared for them to have a negative reaction and be irrational. That can happen but you do not need to respond to their irrational behavior. You should stay even-minded even when there’s chaos in front of you.If calmly talking doesn't work there’s many other options. Give yourself a safe space to get away from this person. Room to breathe and recharge. Sometimes a 5–10 minute break can make all the difference. Also have a person you know and trust on hand to vent to. You and your chosen person can brainstorm on how to move forward in the situation. Now, if you taking control of the situation and trying to de-escalate the situation does not work, you can always go to a trusted manager or HR and voice your concerns (Employee Engagement: Have You Thought About How Your People are Feeling?).To improve their employee engagement, HR and managers may be effective at addressing and taking advantage of your different values and to understand and articulate to you or this person how to adapt and negotiate. It falls upon managers to lead the way and encourage staff members to respect their colleagues despite differences. They may also have a simple solution that includes a transfer, a project in another area, a different office, etc.

If leaders do not make any laws against chaos and mismanagement in Loksabha, why doesn't the supreme court interfere in this matter?

Thanks for the Asking to AnswerThe simple reason is that because it is not supposed to. The lega reason is as follows. The The Constitution of India was designed is manner where there are three main branches of government. LegislativeExecutiveJudiciaryNow, all these three branches were given certain powers and certain responsibilities. All these branches are answerable to each other. There are certain matters where they are completely autonomous and do not answer to anyone else. Conduct of business in the house is one such thing. The way the house conducts its business is the matter of the house. Any interference in it would be considered highly inappropriate and can easily blow into a constitutional crisis. Is it a bad thing If I still haven’t found a job that I would love at 30 years old?

No many are like that.Let’s talk about three things: Bliss, controlling your thoughts and commitment:Bliss-How to Find Your Bliss: Joseph Campbell on What It Takes to Have a Fulfilling LifeThoughts-You are now and you will become what you choose to think about. This has been the most important book of my life. It has guided me for 45 years. Written in 1910.Listen several times to let it sink in, it is about an hour.Commitment-“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth, the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans:That the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence (the protective care of God) moves too.All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favour all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his way.Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it.Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!”I read this when I was thirteen:“And we are now men, not minors and invalids in a protected corner, not cowards fleeing before a revolution, but guides, redeemers, and benefactors, obeying the Almighty effort, and advancing on Chaos and the Dark.”- EmersonI like advancing on Chaos and the Dark. I will keep doing so as long as I can.

Co-worker stealing food, what do you do?

Food had been regularly disappearing from the refregerator at work, labeled with people's names. A coworker gets transferred temporarily to another office for two months. The missing food problem stops. She comes back and it starts again. I go into the lunch room and she is munching down an ice cream sandwich and furtively tosses something in the trash. After she leaves I check the trash and in it is a label with a different coworker's name. I find out later that coworker had not eaten her ice cream sandwich (left from an office party) and didn't know it was gone. If I tell anyone, the food thief will know who told. She is a higher ranking employee than I am. What do I do?

What cards work well with the wicked eraser, and the wicked dreadroot? easy way to summon them?

Hello. I actually have the Shonen Jump magazines that those Monsters came in, and would be more than happy to cite them as references in your Deck advice. Follow these tips and you will be on your way to becoming a truly Wicked duelist!!!

OK, so we know that Dreadroot is one of the, if not the, best Wicked Monster of the three. While he takes a whopping three Tributes, you do not have to build a Deck around him to exploit his full power. One of the best Wicked engines I've seen used a full D-Hero lineup, combined with The Dark Creator and Darklord Zerato. Dreadroot also works well in a Six Samurai Deck using "Double-Edged Sword Technique", as well as DarkWorld Decks and Decks using Phantom of Chaos.

These same tricks will work for all of the Wicked monsters. You could also try these:

Marshmallon
Spirit Reaper
Cloudian-Atlus
Giant Germ
Nimble Momonga
"Recruiter Monsters"(i.e Mystic Tomato)
The Tricky (Duelist Genesis)
Scapegoat
Tricky Spell 4 (Duelist Genesis)

There are many more cards like those listed above that will work excellently in any Wicked-based Deck. Just experiment with different combinations of Monsters, Spells and Wicked monsters until the Deck fits your play style.

Hope this answer helps. Happy Dueling!!!

If you could give Apple CEO Tim Cook one directive, what would it be?

I would simply ask Mr. Cook if you look down the Apple product line, besides redundancy what is the point? What is the unifying point to do what the brand does every day? If I were to provide the same set of questions to Steve Jobs (being the curmudgeon he was) I would imagine he would rudely say, don’t waste my time asking me this damn question! As he walked away with a few choice words, mumbling audibly under his breath…I need to talk to my engineers to make sure we are still on schedule with our stated date to have everything wrapped tight and ready to roll. No delays. If Steve Jobs said a new product or a software improvement would be updated and delivered by a certain date you could take it to the bank, whether an investor or a consumer standing in line on that given day in the rain. You can bet your bottom dollar he was going to deliver. His word meant certainty and perfection.

What are things that Startups expect from a person during an Interview?

As a startup co-founder, there are 3 questions that I try to answer in my mind when I'm interviewing someone.1. Are you a 'startup guy'?*This is about 3 things... Passion, passion and a li'l more passion. A startup comes with it's own characteristic challenges, stress and hardships - weird hours, deadlines, emotional highs and lows, chaos, low or uncertain rewards, frequent shifts and strategy adjustments. There's just one thing that can sustain anybody (founder or employee) in a startup - and that's passion for the dream and a single-minded focus to solve the problem the startup's going behind. If (and only if) you convince me that you have what it takes to operate and succeed in a startup environment, then I look for 2 other things...2. Do you have the technical skills for the role? Here, I look for a basic skill fit for the job the person is interviewing for. Again, job descriptions are volatile and tend to change in startups, so my focus is more on ensuring that you have adequate knowledge in the field, can deliver results independently and can learn and adjust rapidly. Being 'relentlessly resourceful' (http://www.paulgraham.com/relres...) is more important than deep expertise in a tightly defined area.3. Will you be fun to work with? This is to determine if you're a fit with the culture of the company. In most startups, the culture is nascent and it's important for the founders and early employees to shape it and align with it. Every single person makes a huge difference. That's my 2 cents. Hope they help. :)* 'Startup guy' is meant here as a gender-neutral term.
