Best smudgeproof eyeliner?
The cheapest, highest quality gel eyeliner that I've found is Essence Gel Liner. It does not dry out quickly in the pot, plus it goes on smoothly and lasts ALL day without flaking, smudging/transferring or fading. It's only $3 US (not sure what that is in pounds, sorry). It's also very cheap and stays on like a dream. Also, I love the Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel Creamliner. They are hypoallergenic and great for contact lense wearers. For about $10 US, you get three small jars of gel liner to compliment your specific eye color. Once again, great staying power and glides on wonderfully. Pop Beauty Hot Pots are also wonderful. They're a little pricier than the gel liners from Wet N Wild, Physicians Formula and Essence, but they won't break the bank. Those are the absolute BEST affordable gel/cream liners. If you're looking for a good liquid, go with Milani Eye Tech, Physicians Formula Eye Booster or Revlon Colorstay (I'd go with one of the gels I mentioned over these though). Also, try applying eyelid primer before your liner, then setting it with translucent powder to maximize lasting power. I'd avoid pencil liners. Even the best one won't outlast gel/cream or liquid liner. Good luck!
A good long lasting eyeliner and mascara?
I swear by Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume, but only the waterproof one! My eyes are really watery from allergies and contacts and this stays on really well and makes my lashes look much thicker and longer. I like Maybelline Unstoppable liner; it lasts a long time and is easy to apply. I know both of these work well in southern heat and humidity from spending lots of time in SC!
Wearing eyeliner at Disneyland?
Hey everyone! So I'm going to Disneyland on Tuesday and it's supposed to be almost 80 degrees. I usually wear no makeup, but I really want to wear eyeliner to Disneyland (and that's all the makeup I would wear). How do I keep it on? My eyes are really smudge-prone and I can never seem to keep eyeliner actually ON my eyes. Is there something I can do to keep eyeliner on? It's going to be hot, I'm going to be sweaty, and my face is already bad with keeping makeup on. Thanks everyone!
