Is tennis a "rich man's game"?

Hi, my name is Andrew and I have a quick question about tennis. Is it a "rich man's game"? What I mean by this is, do you have to have a decent amount of wealth to be successful at it and turn pro? Personally, it is my dream to become a professional tennis player such as Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray and Roger Federer. Of course, I will have to work hard and devote my life to it. I am prepared to do so.
However, one of my coaches and some friends say that to do so, I need to have three things; talent, effort, and money. I know I have talent and definitely the effort. But not so much the money aspect.
So I guess this can be an opinionated question, but what do you think? Is a decent amount of wealth required to become a pro? Have pros made it to where they are even though they aren't rich? Once again, it is my dream to become a pro, but money may be an issue.

What are the best tennis matches to watch if I never watch tennis?

“Tennis uses the language of life, advantage, service, fault, break, love … every match is a life in miniature.” - Andre AgassiThe recent tennis scene has been marred by injuries of tennis giants, with Murray and Djokovic yet to recover. We were robbed off a Fedal when Nadal retired hurt on the way to the semis of Oz Open ’18. Also, Federer has been giving French Open a skip. Those face-offs between the Big 4s that we witnessed over the past few years are now a part of tennis lore and we don’t get to see them often. Here are some of my favourites —Wimbledon ’08 Final [Nadal vs Federer]A classic match that put a halt to Federer’s Wimbledon run, and propelled Nadal to the spotlight!Oz Open ’17 Final [Nadal vs Federer]Like all interesting matches it was indeed a 5 setter, marking Federer’s second sunrise on the tennis horizon.Well, I guess Nadal and Australian Open don’t really go well together.Australian Open ’12 Final [Nadal vs Djokovic]This is one, that still haunts me till date. An excruciatingly long match clocking 5hrs 53minutes. Chairs had to be pulled out. Both the players were so exhausted, they couldn’t stand through the speeches. Remarkable tennis from both sides of the net.Wimbledon ’10 [Isner vs Mahut]Well, no one was really expecting much out of this one, but it turned out to become the longest tennis match in history. Clocking 11 hours, spanning 3 days. Phew!An EPIC 5th set. Seriously. 70–68!!!!Highlights of the match also include the logistic difficulties faced by the staff when the Scoreboard stopped at 47–47 games. IBM engineers hadn’t anticipated a match that could possibly result in that score. LolWimbledon’11 [Lisicki vs Li Na]A great match between two of my favourites. I’ve always admired Lisicki, how she has battled with her injuries. This match just shows what she’s capable of!Australian Open’18 [Halep vs Davis]Halep (the Queen of Comebacks) pulls a mind blowing comeback, saving multiple match points to win an exhaustive 3hour 45min long match! Halep also made an epic comeback against Svitolina during Rolland Garros ‘17. Though she always tends to bottle up the Finals.Wimbledon ’11 [Tsonga vs Federer]Tsonga came back from 2 sets down to seal a victory over Federer in an amazing match that just couldn’t have been anticipated!
