Looking for cases in Washington State...?

I am looking for any cases in Washington State that have to do with tracking ownership of notes through the securitization process, and what effects the sale of said note may have had on holder status... appellate rulings would be best. Have been looking online but this is getting FRUSTRATING. Can anybody give me links to cases and they MUST be from the Washington State court system. Whoever can give me the most useful stuff gets the 10 points.

Looking to move to Washington state ?

Hi,

I live in Seattle and its great but i wouldn't say it was the best place in Washington.
I have lived here all my life, and I know the state inside out and I have to say the best towns to live in are:

La Conner: Surrounded by tulip fields and filled with art galleries and interesting shops, this former fishing and farming town, has lots of vintage charm.

Langley: Near the south end of Whidbey Island, former fishing village is now something of an upscale arts community. Art galleries, antiques shops, fashion boutiques, and several good restaurants are all right on the shore of Saratoga Passage. Some buildings even rise straight out of the water.

Port Townsend: Late in the 19th century, this town on the Olympic Peninsula was poised to become the region's most important city, but when the railroad passed it by, it slipped into obscurity. Today, Port Townsend is obscure no more. Block after block of Victorian homes and a waterfront setting.

Winthrop: If you saw an 1890s photo of Winthrop and then visited this remote community in north central Washington, you would think the town was caught in a time warp. It just doesn't look much different than it did back then.

Leavenworth: Maybe there are too many cuckoo clocks and nutcrackers for sale, but those mountains on the edge of town sure look like the Alps.

Walla Walla: All right, Walla Walla isn't nearly as small as the other bergs mentioned here, but, with its many wineries and its great restaurants and lodgings, it is by far Washington's best small town. You won't find a closer approximation to the Napa Valley experience anywhere else in the state.

Hope This Helps!

PS: I'd live in La Conner

EENT in Washington State?

There is no formal discipline like this.
There are Ophthalmologists (MDs who concentrate on eyes) and there are otolaryngology (ENTs).
There are medical clinics that concentrate on ears/nose/throat/eyes but it's two different sets of doctors.

Your best option is to find a specialist in the area that you have the most problems and find out what relationships they have with doctors of the other practice area. Then these two doctors can work together to create a treatment plan.
UW medical school is probably a good place to start looking.

I am looking for a good fertility doctor in the seattle, bellevue, kirkland washington area.?

Sorry you have had to go through that! I have heard great things about SRM (Seattle Reproductive Medicine) and the Northwest Center for Reproductive Science (Dr. Kennedy). Check out clinic success rates at http://www.sart.org/find_frm.html. You can also find women with experience with some of the clinics you are interested at http://www3.fertilethoughts.com/forums/i... You can ask questions about a certain clinic or just do a search on a clinic you find to see how others like that clinic.

Good luck in your search!

What are the best acting agencies in Washington State?

Basically, save your breath. You won't find one.
Credible agencies, whether managers or agents, do not charge fees for services unless and until you land work. Pretty simple. And most of those are in and around L.A. and New York. Period. End of story.
That is the harsh reality.
You will find dozens of agencies scattered throughout every major city in the U.S.A. Some will promise you local work in print ads, TV commercials, modeling contracts, even major movie auditions, but not before you invest hundreds, even thousands of dollars in their services for head shot photography sessions, acting and modeling classes, wardrobe and make-up tips and every other thing that they can remotely use to entice you to stick with them. In the end, you will get one, maybe two invites to a cattle call audition hundreds of miles away and maybe a local ad that doesn't cover the cost of the shoes you bought for the audition.
If you have any acting experience, keep working at it at local theaters. Find a good studio photographer, do some research on head shot "looks", and pay the man whatever it costs to get four of five good shots that can be blown up to 8x10 or photo-postcard size. Maybe $80 to $150 total. Look up ABC pictures on the Internet and send them your originals to get linograph prints of a few hundred each of the two sizes you need (about $100 for each type).
Then do more research and find the ame and address for every legitimate casting director, talent agent and talent manager in L.A. who represent people your age. Send them an initial 8x10 and resume (look up acting resume for details), then send them a follow-up photo postcard each six weeks. Be sure to provide your name, address and contact number so they can reach you.
If you are really lucky, and if you have the ability to drop everything and get to L.A. on 24 hours notice (for actual audtions for work, you'll rarely get more than that), you may get a call. And you better be there or they won't call again.
That's the true, sad story. Don't waste your money and learn the hard way. If and when you have the resources and ability to do as I have outlined, then go for it.

Looking for a drug-free Psych doctor for my son.?

It's a sad fact that Psychiatrists cannot stay in business if they do not prescribe drugs - it's what they do for a living.

Get rid of the psychiatrist and get him a good psychologist. Psychologists do not prescribe drugs. They can teach him cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which makes lasting, permanent changes in thinking, emotions and behavior for people with OCD. Behavioral Therapy (BT) and CBT are the first line of treatment for OCD - which I have and no longer take any medication.

The best option for your son is to get him into a hospital detox center so he can be monitored while he goes through withdrawals of the meds he's on. That's what I did, and it was a very painful 6-day detox but I got through it and so will he. The withdrawal syndrome and side effects that follow from antipsychotics and SSRIs can last up to a year, but he will improve week by week.

If he needs it, (not all people do) there are also 28-day inpatient drug and alcohol detox programs he can attend that will provide longer term outpatient programs that teach BT and CBT when he finishes the 28 days. I stayed in outpatient care for 12 months by my own choice. I never wanted to be medicated like that again, that was 12 years ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Drug rehabs are seeing a 75% increase in patients who are detoxing from psychotropic medications including antipsychotics and benzodiazepines over the past 15 years all across America. Innocent people who got addicted just like your son.

Antipsychotics are very dangerous to the human brain in a short amount of time, and he should not be on them for OCD as they can cause permanent tics, sexual dysfunction and brain damage. The detox is difficult as I said, I thought I was going to lose my mind - but it is better than the alternative, which is to actually lose a healthy mind.

Many, many people with OCD function well without medication after learning BT or CBT. Unfortunately most of them have gone thru the ringer with psychiatrists and addictive medications that were once thought to be non-addictive and safe, but are now known to be dangerous, causing early onset Alzheimer's and Dementia, and many other permanent and irreversible side-effects.

Your son is very lucky to have a mom like you that cares about him and is checking into his treatment. Good luck to both of you.
