Looking For A Way To Get Home

Getting a new job when looking to purchase a home?

so me and my finace are saving for a down payment for a home. We have both been at our jobs almost 4 years. He is paid hourly, and I am paid hourly plus commission. I got a job offer that equates about how much i earn currently. It would be only an hourly position and I would no longer have to hassle with commission. I a wondering however If I take this position would this kill our chances of getting a home? If it matters I work at a pet resort in reservations, and my new job would be customer service at an animal hospital.

First time home owner looking to buy. What are the MAJOR (and minor) things I need to be aware of and need to prepare myself for?

Make sure you buy a home that does NOT take on water under the house (does it have crawl space or basement, make sure it is staying DRY) make sure you see this place when it is pouring down rain and check it out for dry spaces underneath the house. If you buy where the soil is bad and there are major groundwater or storm runoff issues when soil becomes saturated, you could be in trouble. Definitely have an inspection done. They only cost about 250 where I am from, but some of the best money you will ever spend. Check for water issues under house, with surrounding soil, make sure grading on property is correct, move all rugs around in the house and check for hidden soft flooring, when was plumbing last done and what was the material used, check for termintes (termite inspection), check under house for any previous construction debris (this will draw termites sooner or later, and it would be much sooner if there has been water present under there with it as well), there, that's a start. run water in both sides of every sink and tub, open every closet and look at ceilings and walls in there (you arelooking for hidden mold), look at ceilings, walls and flooring in every room. You cannot rely on inspector with some of these issues, but they are too important to not check them out, trust me.

What are cheap and creative way to make your home look so much better?

The best way is reuse old sarees as curtains :One can also add some simple little potted plants which are air fresheners too :Stitch old clothes as mats or rugs :One can use old clothes or dresses as pillow covers or cushions :One can use clothes to make beautiful quilts for beds :One can use bedding as a seating area :Colouring for walls can be a mix of lime (Chunna) in colours :Use minimum furniture with wooden or cane :These are few things one can do in less budget & makes a home beautiful.

Can one get home based typing job?

There are definitely ways to make money by typing from home, but most of it will be piecework, not “jobs” per se.Audio transcription. These jobs can be quite lucrative, but only if you are very skilled. Typing speed matters for sure, because there are always tight deadlines, but even more important than typing speed is the ability to listen well and to discern what people are saying, even when more than one voice is speaking at the same time. You'll also need to be able to follow instructions and format the transcript correctly. An improperly formatted transcript can get your work rejected, and you don't get a second chance. The jobs that are easy don't pay well, but will at least will get you some practice. You can find this type of work on Amazon Mechanical Turk and other online piecework marketplaces.Medical transcription. Unlike regular transcription work, this requires some specialized training. You’ll also need to have some type of certification to get into the field. On the upside, unlike the regular type of transcription, this kind of work pays well and is often an actual job rather than piecework. Check with your local community college to find out if they have training for this.Video captioning. Again, this is usually piecework. It's a bit harder to get into than audio transcription, but pays more than audio because it tends to have much more cross-talk. MechanicalTurk also has this type of work, but you will have to qualify for it by testing your skills via the employer’s website.Data entry. This can be repetitive and requires a great deal of precision, but may be easier to find than transcription work. Check craigslist for this type of job In your local area that you can do from home, or look for freelance work on online marketplaces like freelancer or fiverr.Typed interpretation. This is different from transcription, it's interpretation of live online lectures for Deaf or hard of hearing students. This requires special training and specialized software or equipment, and you would have to invest in this with your own funds. However the pay is much higher than other types of transcription, and can lead to other (non-home) interpretation jobs in classrooms, if that interests you. For more information on this type of work, check out (TypeWell.com) Speech-to-text Communication Access Software & Training.I hope this is helpful! I've done all of the above other than medical transcription. It's hard and intense, but can actually be quite interesting!

How can I go from really skinny to buff at home?

When looking to gain muscle, the most important thing to understand is that every body is different. Some people pack on muscle easily and retain that muscle while others work twice as hard and see no gains. One thing I can guarantee however is that if you work hard, exercise regularly, and eat a proper diet, you will get stronger. Although your muscles may not show like others, you are still becoming stronger. Before I started to working out, I was 100 pounds and after 3 months of doing what I mention below, I weighed 140. If you're looking to go from skinny to buff, here is my advice:Hit the Gym regularly: If you're looking to get buff, this is a must. Working out at home will get you stronger to a degree but if you really want to see results, you need to be stimulating your muscles with actual weights. If you're looking to gain mass you should be lifting more weight with less reps (4 sets of 6 for example). If you're looking to get lean and ripped, less weight and more reps is your best option (3 sets of 12 for example).Diet: 50% of the equation is weightlifting and the other 50% is diet. If you are looking to gain some mass, I recommend taking BSN truemass after you workout. This will help pack on some extra calories and give your muscles some protein for recovery. If you're looking to stay lean, try taking a 100% whey mix instead. In addition to protein shakes, you should be drinking at least 8 cups of water a day and should be avoiding sugars and fats. You want to eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between. For example, have egg whites and oats for breakfast, ground turkey and rice for lunch, walnuts and a snack, and salmon, brown rice, and broccoli for dinner. At Home Exercises: If you're really looking to see results, putting in the extra work at home will get you there faster. I love bodyweight exercises because they can be performed anywhere at any time. Implementing a pushup, pull-up, and abdominal routine will stimulate your muscles and give you the growth you're looking for. For more information on this, see below. The transformation from skinny to buff is not easy and requires a lot of determination. Although genetics plays a huge factor in your results, gaining mass is possible for anyone. If you're looking for some more pushup variations, bodyweight exercise routines, and stuff to do at home, you can view that here:Thanks and get working!

How can i make water look like pee to pass a in home drug test

Home visit from Child Protective Services....What are they looking for?

When I was a CPS worker I was told to look for any situations which might put the child in "jeopardy" this might include (but not limited to) no food, vicious animals, evidence of drugs, no hold bars on upper story windows, breeding places for disease or vermin, parents in unfit condition to provide security, emotional or physical abuse or neglect, clothing unsuitable for climate, lack of evidence of attachment between parent and child, absence of child stimulus (no toys, children's books or games)

NOW be aware that many of these "problems" would not result in removal of a child, but instead issuance of a "must correct" order. If a follow-up visit showed no improvement we might (depending on the situation) give the parent more time, or issue a "C-1" notice and remove the child. The C-1 notice requires the parent to come to court and give evidence as to why the child should stay in the home.

Child protection cases are tried in "civil;" rather than "criminal" court so the CPS does not have to prove guild "beyond reasonable doubt" but only to the lesser standard of "preponderance of evidence" which means that the judge must see a 51 or more percent chance that the child will be injured by staying in the home.

Can turtles find their way home?

Turtles like to wander. They travel great distances to find food and mates. If they wanted to return to their home they know how to find it. Sea turtles travel thousands of miles to return to the beach where they were born.
Don't worry about the little guys they know where they want to go & are quite determined. Like the earlier post when helping them cross a road put them on the side they were heading towards. If you put them where they came from they will keep trying to get where they were going.
