You can defiantly eat all 3 meals but in moderate portions and if you feel hungry in between meals grab a fruit or your favorite veggies to munch on befor your next meal ...
I enjoy carrots or sweet peas they are good ... Eating healthy is about finding the foods you love and enjoy eating without making your self eat something you don't like cuz that makes it harder eating all the good stuff

Be consistent and when things get hard remember your goal and ask yourself if you really want it.

I have not kept a blog in many years, since before "blog" was a popular term. I don't know much about them or what features might be useful. I see all my friends using many different kinds. I want to start a very long weight loss journey, and I want to keep track of everything using the blog. I want to be able to post pictures easily (if I can upload them from my cell phone that would be a huge plus), and I want people to be able to comment whenever they want without having to sign up for an account, if that's possible.

I don't know what else to look for in a blogging site. What would you recommend, and why? What features do you like and what do you dislike about which sites? Please feel free to provide as much information as you have!

- You will start off 5 minutes warm up on the treadmill and switch to different machines on other days
- You will do 10-15 minutes of aerobic exercises on the elliptical machine
- You will do just 4-6 exercises on the gym floor targeting your whole body like legs, backs, arms, and shoulders. approx. 20-30 minutes. 1 set and 15 reps for each muscles and rest 1 minute. Use ONLY light weights since your starting off.
- after your workout you will have to do stretches for those muscles you just worked out. 15-30 seconds hold. static passive stretching works best for long term benefits.
- rest for 48 hours.
- go for a minimum of 60 minutes walks on the beach or the park on off days.

Again speak to your personal trainer first. The first exercise session you have with a personal trainer is that they will assess your body mechanics to see how well your body move to specific exercise or range of movement. If they see if you cannot for example do shoulder side dumbbell raises then they will get you to do a different exercise to strengthen those areas. You will have to start out doing very light exercises and gradually progress. Other comments on here are helpful but you do not want to overdo yourself. exercise in the gym only 2-3 times a week and light walks (60mins) on those off days. eat 6 small healthy meals and drinks lots of water per day. you will gradually train your heart and your current condition to adapt to the new activities.
