What does your dream dress look like?
Luckily enough, I got to wear a lot of beautiful outfits in my life, especially from the time I quit my job to become a fashion designer.I like fashion which is experimental, edgy, vintage, classic and that stands out.I’m from India, so we have less opportunities to wear a ballroom style dress plus I’m not that famous so no walking on red carpet as well ;-)But someday, I’d love to wear a ‘Frozen’ inspired dress like this by designer Michael Cinco and have my Elsa moment.Now I wouldn’t mind even if that ballroom dress is broken. I’d also love to wear any of these ‘broken’ dresses from the collection ‘Boulevard of broken dreams’ by Victor and Rolf.This black evening gown by Yanina Couture is so bold elegant at the same time.If you’re not loving this dress yet, look at the sleeves. I’m in awe.Of course being an Indian I can’t help my love for Indian outfits. And if these outfits have a touch of modernity, its even better. I’d blindly pick any of these Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla dresses from their ‘Architecture collection’.A sculpted metallic saree by designer Rimzim Dadu is something I have kept in my wish list since a long time now.And when I’m in a mood to go festive, I’d definitely love to wear this outfit by Masaba.This outfit by Payal Khandwala sums up the modern Indian women who’s still attached to her roots. Its subtle yet makes you stand out. I’d surely love to wear this one.How can this list be complete without mentioning a Sabyasachi outfit. Found my dream dress, now what color tone for my pearls?

I am pretty sure I want to go with pearls, however, I was not aware that one could buy pearl jewelry in so many different colors. My wedding colors are going to be chocolate brown, cream, and shades of pink/fuschia, with shades of green to accent.
