So darn beautiful????? I'm from the Midwest and im sooooo jealous of girls in the south! Theyre so pretty! When I look around in the Midwest, I see ugly! Why are southern girls so pretty?

Why do lots of Southern girls look like...?
I think you're asking a really good question. I actually used to be a "southern girl" and used to dress that way...but I moved to the West when I was 21 and haven't dressed that way since. I felt much more free to express my own style the way I wanted to. I would have to say that in the south more people tend to conform to a standard and people are more close-minded and critical when it comes to all the different styles and creative things they could do to enhance their appearance. I'm definitely not saying that it's right...in fact I don't think it's right at all. Speaking from personal experience, I was raised in a small southern town, and all the girls had deep tans and blonde highlights and black eyeline, and wore rolled-up cheerleader shorts. I was one of those girls. We all looked the same and traveled in packs. It was just the thing to do. If you didn't you were considered weird. Then I went to college in yet another small southern town, where these trends continued. After I finished school, I got the heck outta there. It was pretty stifling. I understand your frustration. I wish I had the guts back then to step out of the box and express myself more creatively, but live and learn I guess. I'm not what kind of answer you are looking for here...but I definitely get where you are coming from. I guess the most important thing is to wear what makes you feel beautiful and stylish...because no matter what other people think, you're the one who is in charge of yourself. You have to be the one who decide what is right for you. And, if not, you can always move someday :)

I'm a southern girl and my b/f is norhtern. I moved to Mass to be with him. Does this answer your question? Southern guys suck in my opinion. I have dated my share of them. Most of them are dumb, and don't know how to treat a woman. Southern women are not as "girly" as northern women. We are down to earth, a lot more friendly, but would kick someone's a** in an instant. Not to mention, southern girls are prettier in my opinion.

Southern Thai girls are the bomb (literally speaking) and if you have ever traveled in the South of Thailand, there are many, many beautiful girls. Guys here have an abundance of girls to chose from. Aside from beauty, being physically fit (thin), elegant, good conversationalist, traditional and smart rank up there on the list. I do not think any man on this earth would not date a girl just because of her geographic location? This is not the USA. Even an ugly GOOD man and some not so good ugly men, can end up with some real stunners in Thailand because the ration of women to men is out of proportion. Also because sometimes economics dictates having someone to support you is better than starving to death.

I do know one such couple.The girl is a Sindhi while the guy is a Tamilian.Not only this, but the girl was a meat eater Sindhi while the guy I believe was a Brahmin. Not sure though, his was a vegetarian family anyway.The girl was clearly way more good looking than the guy. They are settled somewhere in abroad now.So, Northern or Southern, Eastern or Western, it doesn't really matter!And ofcourse, girls do not generally care for the looks as long as the guy looks a human and not an alien with purple skin.To sum it up, beautiful girls actually tend to fall for average looking guys more often than not.
