Losing Inches Off Thighs - Help

How can i lose 3 inches off my thighs in a week?

i'm on spring break but i'm not going anywhere. What can i do without changing the way i eat to lose a few inches off my thighs by next week. any exercise tips or anything like that. No pills or wraps or anything like that though. i'm 14.

How fast can you lose 3 inches off your thighs?

Losing weight off your thighs is the same as losing weight from anywhere else. You have to eat less calories than your burn. So whether you reduce calorie intake and/or increase activity level is up to you. Squats and lunges do not make your thighs smaller, they just build muscle (if you have a calorie surplus with sufficient protein intake).

Remember you cannot target specific areas for fat reduction, fat loss will be apparent in other areas as well. I certainly don't think it's realistic to expect to lose 4 inches off your thighs in 6 weeks. If you aim to lose 1-2lb of fat per week and for every 5lb or so you lose 1 inch from your waist, hips and thigh, you could expect to reach your goal within 10-20 weeks.
