Losing Weight In One Month

Can I lose weight in one month spinning?

For the past 2 days I have been taking a spinning class at 530am at my gym. I plan to do this 4x a week.

The thing is my membership expires in about a month. I will only be able to take 23 spinning classes.

I am 5'4 Female 160 pounds.

Do you think I can lose weight with just one month of spinning? If I see results I may extend my gym membership longer but Im not sure if I will.

I will also be dieting and doing other workouts.

Has anyone here had weight loss success spinning?

How much weight can I possibly lose in one month?

I decided in August last year to lose weight and get in shape for a happier and longer life. I'm a 180 pd. and 5'4 girl , and have lost 30 pds. so far by being on a 1350-1400 diet these last few months. For Christmas I found out that I would be going on a cruise the first week of Febuary. So now I'm curious of how much more I could lose with daily exercise added in so I could feel less self conscience. Any tips?

Advice on how to lose weight in one month?

Ok, so heres what you do

1) stay on a diet (doesnt mean starving your self )
2) cardio
3) light weight training

1)

Staying on a diet means eating healthier and not eating junk foods, err eat less of whats bad, im sure u no wuts bad for u

burn more than u consume

eat more protein which helps ur motabolism i heard calcium helps as well

stay away from carbs because if you dont use that energy the carb will store the fat/energy into ur body for later use

so too much carbs is not good

eat small meals like 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals, which will help ur metabolism

2)

cardio = running, jumping rope, jogging, biking, sports anything that will get ur heart pumping and sweating

at least half an hour a day. and stick to it dont be lazy

you can do this while watching tv and it will make time go by much quicker

remember to stretch before and after to prevent any injuries

3)

light weight training, maybe 5 or 10 lbs is good

it will help tone up ur arms, and legs so that u look slimmer, feel better. and have more energy to do everyday activities

search google: dumbell exercises

( once u get ur dumbells )

thats pretty much it

stay on the diet, dont eat big meals, and dont starve urself either

eat healthy

along with that do cardio to help burn off excess fat

and weight training is very good in burning off calories also

but if u gain weight but ut doing everything i told u to its because ur building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat

Good Luck

Best way to lose weight in a month?

So, I'm 19, and I graduated high school this year so I don't have sports anymore so I'm completely lost! Over the summer I got in a really bad habit of partying all night and sleeping all day. So I gained some weight, okay... a lot of weight. around like 12 lbs! I've had a lot of stress too. I just need to get on a routine and take care of myself! I can't believe I let this happen. Well, I just REALLY want to lose these lbs before the holidays so I can look really good for my boyfriend on New Years. I'm so disappointed in myself; there is no excuse for this! Please help me. Besides telling me to get a gym membership, what can I do? good meals to eat? I don't want to be super skinny, I want to be curvy or athletic looking. I want to be healthy! Anorexic isn't healthy either. I want to feel better about myself; and I know I can be prettier than this... I'm going to attach a few photos so you all can see. Please don't be rude.. I'm just asking for some direction.

34 years old. I always used to weigh like between 175-185 throughout my 20's, but after I hit 30, the weight started to pack on. I usually drink a couple tall boys every night, and want to just stop, not only for health reasons, liver, etc, but to lose weight. How much weight could I lose from just abstaining from alcohol for a month? 10 pounds?
