Garrys mod low fps on high end computer?
mmm...the 770 Lightning again...that is quite possibly the most unstable card right now...If your GPU works fine on the GMod sandbox, then that probably means that that mod (darkrp) probably isn't optimized. Let's se what we can try to fix this issue...First, I would try rebooting. You would be surprised how many things a simple reboot can fix! If that doesn't do anything, then try reinstalling GMod/DarkRP. If still nothing, check again for driver updates, then if all else fails, reseat your graphics card. Still nothing? Contact a professional, and they will no doubt be able to help you, definitely more than a mere 13 year old nerd like me :)

Anything that valve has created will be good, along with a game I quite admire (and will be elaborating on) called Broforce.Broforce is a game where you will play as an operative for the US government. You will play as one of many characters inspired from classic action movies such as Alien and Terminator. You go around via helicopter to various countries to “liberate” them of terrorist forces. There are people in cages, that when rescued, will unlock new characters and change you into a random unlocked character while playing.This game is a fireworks show of guns blazing, explosions, and over the top pixel gore, not to mention its set-piece boss levels, its 80’s inspirations evident. I have a blast every time I play this game because of how overzealous its gameplay is. Despite this, however, it does come equipped with a few stealth oriented levels but you can still go guns blazing on many of these levels if you wish. And whats more, it runs suprisingly well on my $200 Pentium laptop. Get it for yourself, I highly recommend checking it out.

It depends, games like Gmod or Minecraft may be playable at low settings with recording if you want 60 FPS all the time, but other games that need a good PC to run it would be very unplayable since you need mostly a good amount of RAM (8 GB is the minimum) and a good graphics card. I would definitely get a capture card like a Dazzle DVC 100 or if you want to record in HD, then an elgato or a Live gamer Portable, these cards won't lower your performance in games, they may be expensive but they'll make the job done
