Small lump behind my two front teeth?
the bit of gum behind my two front tooth has somewhat of a lump, i'm not sure what it is. it doesn't hurt when i touch it, i don't know if it's serious or not, anyone have any ideas what it is?

So basically I have a small lump behind my upper two front teeth, doesn't hurt to touch with tonge, but hurts to put pressure on with finger. It is also getting in the way of me eating as its painful to chew down on. I have had it for three days now and has not bled, however this morning when brushing my teeth I caught it on my brush which led to quite a lot of bleeding. What is this? An ulcer? Blister? Gum disease? I'm only 20 and this is quite worrying.

I have a small white bump or blister behind my two front teeth. I have had it for a week and a half. It usually only hurts when it comes into contact with something like my bottom teeth or when I bite into food. Ive gargled salt water but relief is only temporary. It has now become pretty irritating. Any ideas what this is? I thought it be silly to go to a dentist over such a little bump but Im about to.

I get this sometimes as well. Its just a spot you might have rubbed too hard while brushing your teeth. Make sure to brush your teeth often, as it could become gingivitis.

yeah i had that once. i thought i was growing another row of teeth, my best friend called me a shark for like a week. but you mst have just cut the roof of your mouth or something. theres nothing you can do about it. it should go away from sometime between 3-5 days. hope this helps you.

In 13 and my two front teeth have already fallen out when i was younger. The other day i was eating sunflower seeds and five minutes later a bump formed behind my front teeth. I've had this before but it was at least 7 years ago so i dont remember how i had to treat or what it actually is. It hurts when i touch it with my tongue and when i bite down on something hard like an apple. Anyone know what it is and how i can make it go away?

Hi Deborah. It sounds like the tissue has been irritated or possibly scratched in some way. Try rinsing your mouth with salt water rinse(1/2 t. salt to 1/2 c. hot water) and rinse 4X a day being the last thing you do before bed time. Try that for 4 days or so. You can also try a little hydrogen peroxide rinse once a day in conjunction with the salt water. One part peroxide to 5 parts water. If after 4 days it isn't better, go see your dentist.
