M Engg Graduate Jobless N Frm A Small City. My Father Dnt Want Me To Send To Big City For Walk-in.

I'm 24, a jobless mechanical engineering graduate. Am I a failure? Can I excel in life? Excel, for me, means building a house for my parents, living life like any other successful person, with a few more comforts than I have currently.

Here, I would like to share my experience.I am B.tech in Mechcanical engineering appeared in year 2017, in year back (2017), when I graduated, there was a bad financial condition at my home, my family was suffering with financial issues, and that was my final year of B tech, after that I was about to get a job was must for me, to not to support my financial conditions, as well as also to support my family by not asking money to them.In July, 2017 i get job in one Small scale industry was producer of Die plates by using VMC machines in Ludhiana, PB. I worked as operator, and did 12 hours x 6 days duty for rs. 6000/- p.m only.I was exausted, and left my job and returned back to home, now I was worried about my futire, and worryness about to supporty family. Now, I used to search jobs on internet, and started working online, started learning new stuffs on internet, and created a website to post new articles for engineers. But still I was jobless, I came to home from Ludhiana in September, 2017 and I was jobless till May,2018.After suffering and hearing many taunts from many sides, I started seeking source of earning, and I choosed to teach in Diploma engineering college as Lecturer, to continue my revision of engineering background, and I was started my job in May, 2018 for rs. 12000/- P.M.During working there, in August, 2018 I got interview call from India's leading mobile manufacturing Company OPPO Mobiles, for the position of assistant Production Engineer and I got that Job, with gud starting salary, which cannot be disclosed here.During this all, One thing was sparking inside me was Hope. Which keep me motivated. So, Don’t loose hope, You are an engineer, specially a mechanical engineer. A Mechanical engineer is a person who can be a Banker, Joins TCS, Can do any job, with perfection. All the best.

I am sitting jobless not getting calls for job interviews. It has been more than 2 years and I am losing hope now. What should I do?

Looks like you've got the classic starting trouble. If you are jobless, then there is something wrong going on. Either the way you search for job is not right. Or, your resume does not impress employers. There could be many reasons for the present "No-Interview-Calls" situation of yours. As another quoran pointed out, move yourself out. First thing to do is - get a job (no matter what that is). It puts you on two things - First, you learn a new thing whether you like it or not. Second, it gives you a hidden psychological confidence. Every job offers you countless opportunities.Example - Learn and Create OpportunityYou said you are a B.Tech. Dont mind your graduation for some time.  Let's say you take up a job at the local Domino's outlet just for fun and some experience. Then you will be1. Getting a salary which will boost up your morale.2. You will learn how the outlet thingy works.3. You will get to interact with customers (People) and gather a lot of knowledge.4. You will learn new stuff (how pizzas are made, how the machinaries work, the problems that occur daily, how such an outlet is managed etc)The OpportunityNow a smart person may take this as an opportunity to learn and earn. Let's say you work there for a year (counter sales, kitchen guy, manager or even a delivery boy) and gather enough experiences. After a year you have two ways to go further:1. Update your Resume and add your TOTAL EXPERIENCE. Search for jobs.OR2. Start your own business. Find a potential investor in your circles, who is ready to invest in opening a Pizza outlet. Talk to Jubilant Food Works on getting a Dominos Franchise in a un-represented area. Or, talk to other food chains who are looking out for franchisees.  If you can successfully strike a deal along with your investor and the food chain, you can open your business and take it forward.ConclusionI am not saying Dominos is the way to go. But this example should give you the idea of how to make an opportunity for yourself. I know that studing B.Tech and starting a pizza outlet might be totally un-related. But hell, at the end of day it is all about the money and happiness you get out of your job.

I am an electronics and communication engineer graduate. It's been over a year, and I haven't found any job. Some said to do Java, and I'll get a job. I have also completed that, but still no job. I'm frustrated and I don't know what to do next. What can I do next?

Thanks for A2A.You have many options but you need two things for any of the following: perseverance and hard work. I will share what happened with me and my friends.1) Many of my friends did B. Tech. in ECE and did not got a job immediately, nut they did not loose courage. They went to places like Delhi and Bangalore where you can find many job advertisements everyday. Walk-in interviews are very common. They got the job within 6 months. These people simultaneously enrolled in training for java or vhdl.2) Some of them stayed back at home and prepared for a specific job (a few of the jobs not related to ECE) and cracked it within a year. This includes vacancies in public sector or research institutes like ONGC, BHEL, CSIR, ISRO as well as many banks.3) A few others applied for jobs advertised on (Jobs: Search Jobs In India, Govt Jobs, Job Vacancies & Freshers Jobs Online) * or similar portals. 4) A few others (including me) appeared for GATE either in 4th year or after completing degree and got admission to M. Tech. programme. The stipend is good and if you have a predilection for research no other option can be better.Right now I can't think of any other option but I'm sure there must be.  I totally understand that staying at home after getting the degree is boring and kind of embarrassing, but rather than thinking about it better to use time constructively for our better future. Remember, everyone gets a job if one persists long enough.*Disclaimer: I am not endorsing the job portal directed above. It was just an example where you should search for jobs and not pay them money or submit resume.

Are blacks more physically stronger then other races?

If you could make a classification of races without the PC (political correctness team) jumping in and removing my answer surely some races are credited with what they have done in history?

Im just calling a spade a spade.

E.g the Europeans (white) folks are credited with the power of invention and discovery throughout history.

Japanese, Chinese folks being smaller are meant to be good at academics, humble hardworking good engineers and produce quality cars e.g Toyota, Nissan etcc

The blacks you see everywhere down in the gym on your street are much more physically stronger, they are credited with being strong slaves which is the reason white folks used them? right?

No one dare wants to pick an argument with a black i can tell you now for free

Blacks dominate the contact supports, boxing, running, any strenous physical activity.

Blacks in prison easily dominate whites. people fear walking through a black neighbourhood.

Alot of white women are running into the laps of black men because their bigger hmm, and longer stamina.

So calling a spade a spade, are blacks more physically superior in some aspects to other races?
