Maintaining My Physique In A Busy Schedule

How do I maintain weight while busy studying schedules?

Running - Running is the best way, for cutting body, in minimum time, minimum maintaining of it's routine and with minimum resources. And I have experienced that !! I used to run daily for 20 min continuously for 1 - 1 and half month and burned a good 8 kgs from my body, and that too, just going for a run at evening time, 7:00 pm and after that, so that not much affect takes place in my schedule and I didn't had the habit of waking up early. Earlier i used to run a few minutes, but later I increased my minutes as well as speed.Later I started loving running, and I stared waking up early at 5:45 am, and later automatically I started waking on time, and I still continued the 20 min routine. And that improved me a lot, not just in physique, but in many positive and productive ways.Running in the evening ensured that I never missed my run, morning exercise often gets affected by change according to sleeping habits. But not in the evening, as it was easy to manage. And later it became a friendly habit.I can suggest you a good Android app to calculate all the things, like speed, distance, time perfectly, while running - Google Fit.It was very helpful for me, hope it helps you too !

I've Been Starving Myself?

When I was younger, I was always very skinny and never was afraid of wearing bikinis or tank tops. But things have changed. In the past, I never had eaten that much and if I did, my metabolism always helped me burn every calorie off. That is, until last September, everything sort of changed. Between September and December, I had a noticable growth spurt going from 4'9 and 72 lbs to 5'0 and 82 lbs. During that time period I had been much busy with my schoolwork and had become extremely stressed out to the point where I would relief myself with food. I had also come to a point where I was extremely inactive, and my body was starting to show it. Even though I was underweight at the time, I still looked and felt overweight. Then around January, I began starving myself. It wasn't like I started out with a normal diet, and then let it go down from there. I just plunged straight into not eating. At first, everything went great. I was only eating about 400 calories a day, and was losing around 3 lbs a day too. But after about a few days of doing this, I felt so weak and so hungry I just gave in and binged. Ever since then, I've been repeating this same cycle, first promising myself that I'll make it through the day, but then I'll always end up binging on extremely bad food. Yesterday I went to the Doctor's and my stats were 5'1 1/2 and 93 lbs, and right when I got home I promised myself I wouldn't eat over 500 calories a day and excerise at least half an hour a day. I know this isn't unhealthy, and I would do anything to look and feel good about my body again, but I feel as though the only way to accomplish such a goal is to starve myself. How can I break free of this cycle?

How do I improve my physique?

Hi..It really depends on the type of physique you want. You can choose to be lean, athletic or muscular and then work your way towards it.1. Lean physique - People who are bulky want to have a physique that is lean. And they won't be benefited much by doing heavy strength training. Instead, go for aerobic activities which will get the heart pounding and burn a lot of calories and help them in getting lean. Also, eat a diet which is relatively low in carbohydrates and high in fats and protein.2. Athletic physique - This requires a combination of strength training and aerobic exercises. Start by doing exercises that work on various muscles simultaneously and do cardio after the strength training session. Reason for doing cardio after strength training is that all the muscles are depleted of glycogen which only leaves the stored body fat to be burned as fuel. Eat a diet moderate in carbohydrate, moderate in fats, and high in protein.3. Muscular physique - Many people get motivated by watching images of professional bodybuilders for whom size is of utmost importance. If you want to have a physique like professionals try and lift heavy weights while maintaining proper form. Try and eat small frequent meals that are well spread throughout the day and maintain a surplus of calories to avoid muscle loss. Eat a diet high in carbohydrates, moderate in fats, and high in protein. If you want to read more about grooming, fitness and physiques I advice you to go toLatest Men Fashion Blogs India,New Trends|malegroomingacademy.com -

How do you maintain fitness with work life?

To start, it's important to note that the best fitness routine is the one that you can stick to. Most people go from being completely sedentary to going to the gym 5+ times a week. The result? They burnout quickly and give up.Again, the best plan is the one that you can stick to. Start slowly and build your way from there. If you don't have a set time of the day / week to exercise yet, commit to working out one day of the week at the same time every week and work from there. When you've developed the habit, you can start upping it to twice per week and eventually (if you'd like) thrice per week. With that said, improved fitness is a result of two key factors: regular exercise & proper diet.Exercise:Given that you work full time, you want a routine that gives you the best bang for your buck: minimal time + maximum results. In that vein, strength training offers the best bang for your buck. Compound lifts like the squat, deadlift, benchpress and chinup work multiple muscle groups at a time, and can all be done in less than ~40 minutes per session (Starting Strength or Stronglifts 5x5 are good starting points).Strength training also has the capacity to improve your cardio, but only once you've reached a certain level of intensity. In other words, until you're lifting ~80% your maximum every session, it makes sense to supplement your strength training with cardio. Since you're a beginner, I'd recommend some form of cardio once a week to build out a basic level of endurance until strength training is sufficient.I'm now at a point where I workout 2x / week, 3x max. Most, if not all, of my workouts are strength training related and are done during my lunch breaks. Diet:In my opinion having a good diet is most difficult part, and for that reason it's the most effective means of achieving fitness. Again, if you want invest a minimal amount of time for the maximum results, you'll want to find a diet that you can stick to.For me, paleo's guidelines are straightforward - no grains, more meat and vegetables. It's easy to adhere to, conforms to my lifestyle, and therefore incredibly effective for me. I've had friends who have made tremendous gains through Atkins, but gained back their weight because they fell off the wagon. It may be different for you, so find a diet (healthy one) that you can turn into a lifestyle. Hope this helps.
