Do Skype to Skype calls show up on phone bill/record? When not connected to wi-fi will the cell phones (at&t & verizon) use data or cell minutes? If they use data, does it show up as a specifically as Skype or does it get put into general data use? Basically trying to figure out if skype-to-skype can or will show up on phone bill/record in anyway, shape, or form.

Well, most 1-800 numbers in America go to customer service departments in India, so, maybe that's why you were charged, because, for you, it was a local call! ;-) Seriously, though, those USA toll-free numbers are only toll-free for callers inside the USA, not for international callers, sorry. Can you join the same Skype call from two different devices?
For example, if I was in a call from my computer, and logged in on the same account from my phone using the Skype app, would it let both devices listen to the call? Or would it log one of them out? Also, does it let you know if another device is logged on the Skype account?
Call curacao with skype?
My boyfriend is in Curacao (Dutch Antilles) and has a local cellphone. I am in the US but want to call him for his birthday. I don't have long distance, so I purchased skype credit. He gave me a 7 digit number, and I looked up the country code which is 599. So it would be 599.***.**** I tried this, but skype tells me the number is incorrect. What am I doing wrong?!
