Manually Manage Itunes Without Syncing

How do you manually manage songs from iTunes (add songs to my ipod without syncing) ?

I have had an ipod touch for a few weeks and I've been syncing it everytime on itunes, but i want to be able to add songs from my other computer too without deleting all the songs on my ipod, so i want to be able to manually add songs. I could do this on my old ipod nano but I can't figure out how to change the settings so I can do this.
When I plug in my ipod and click on it on itunes, the "sync music" box isn't checked, or any other "sync" box (sync movies, sync photos, etc..). But it still tries to sync it. I remember before with my old ipod I could just drag songs from the libaray into the "music" section of my ipod. I tried updating my version of itunes too, and I still can't get it to work..helppppp..I'll choose best answer :]

How do you sync your ipod with another itunes without erasing the ipod?

As we know iPod is sort of iTunes'slave ,meaning that iPod always keeps the same content with iTunes library. So if you sync your iPod to the iTunes to add new songs,it will erase your iPod's previous songs but keep the iTunes'new songs. So i think, firstly, you have to transfer your iPod's original songs out to the iTunes with a third party program and then sync your iPod to the iTunes where both iTunes's new songs and iPod's previous songs are held. As for the transferring third party program i highly recommend Aniosoft iBackup, It enables you to transfer iPod's music and other content to any storage device and iTunes as well. And both the backup in the storage device can be recovered and restored with no any change and no any risk. And the data in the iTunes is quite in accord with the iPod's data including its playlists, rating and etc

ITunes won't let me manually or automatically sync songs?

I've tried to do it manually, by clicking "Manually manage songs..." and then Apply, but it tells me that I can only be synced to one computer. I have another computer that has a mass majority of my songs, so I don't want to unsync from that, but I want to add a few songs from this computer manually WITHOUT deleting my songs.
The manual option isn't working. Is there any other settings I need to change to be able to do this or is there another way to put them on my iphone?
