Mba Vs Computer Science What Is Good For Money Earning In Asia.

Which one is better, between computer science and a BBA?

It all depends on your interests and career aspirations. If you take Computer Science then you can make your career -Working for service based technology companies like TCS, IBM, AccentureWorking for product based companies like Microsoft, Google or FacebookE commerce giants like Amazon, FlipkartBut if you do BBA you have career choices like-Making a career in sales & marketing in companies such Pepsi Co, HUL, Asian Paints etc.Getting in finance in banks such as HDFC, ICICI, HSBC & Goldman SachsBut it is advisable to do an MBA from a good college post BBA in order to get better options. There are enough opportunities in both choices and both choices could be equally frustrating too. So whatever choice you make please ensure that you take a wise decision as I have seen many engineers working for IT companies and then going for MBA as they made a wrong choice.

What are the chances of getting in Ateneo?

If you're a quick, logical thinker, you'd have a very high chance of getting into Ateneo. You're worst enemy here is time. College entrance reviews don't start and rely on review classes. What you need to know should have already been INSTILLED, because the more your answers come naturally, the more you save the time you REALLY need. The kind of reviewing you should do is PRACTICE. Practice tests can help a ton. Be sure to time it. Exercise your brain.

If you read a lot. That'll help you too. The english proficiency test will feel like a breeze. A LOT of tense (Learn when to use simple, perfect, and progressive) questions. Vocabulary comes naturally when you read a lot. Chop the words if you've no idea.

Remember, ACET, unlike UPCAT isn't right minus wrong-- so if needed, make an INTELLIGENT guess-- don't depend on luck.

Good luck.

What is the average salary for an MBA in Singapore from NTU or NUS?

Here are the salary statistics for NUS:Here are the salary statistics for NTU:HOW GOOD IS AN MBA FROM SINGAPORE?I. QUALITY OF INSTITUTIONS:(INSEAD>>> NUS> NUT > others). INSEAD is well respected across the world. NUS and NTU are good local schools. Please speak with experts if you are considering MBA programs other than INSEAD, NUS and NTU.These offer excellent 1 year MBA options.II. COST OF EDUCATION:INSEAD is slightly on the expensive side (~70Lac INR or USD 110K in total). Other institutions such as NUS, NTU are less expensive and would be comparable to ISB in India in terms of cost.If you live frugally in Singapore, you don’t have to spend much. Here is what I was spending in Singapore in 2015 (while I was studying at INSEAD): housing/accommodation (~900 SGD, had my own room and bathroom in a HDB; meals= 4–5 SGD/meal). I was staying at a walking distance from INSEAD, therefore I did not spend much on transportation. In all, 1500 SGD/month should suffice.III. ECONOMY:Everyone knows that Singapore has a strong economy. What people generally miss is- that Singapore is a gateway to South East Asia. Many of my classmates took jobs in Malaysia and Indonesia- the pay is good as well.Strategy Consulting, Startups, Technology are three strongest recruiting industries for International Students.Your average salary depends on the institution and target Industry. For eg. if you graduate from INSEAD and work with BCG as a Strategy Consultant, you can expect to earn around 130k SGD/year as your starting salary.IV. BOTTOMLINE: target Singapore, if:You want to work and live in South East Asia/Singapore.You don’t want to spend a lot of money on your education and want quick returns. Since you are not spending a lot, EVEN IF you were to return immediately after your MBA, you should still find suitable jobs back in India. You are targeting the aforementioned sectors. All the best! hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further queries, here

Is it better to study for an MBA abroad or in India?

Try India:) MBA here is cheap and best. IIMs are very much cheap than US elite colleges when comes to fees.In US, placements are fuckin’ great offering sexy CTCs but as US is super-duper expensive so your savings would be relatively same to the one who got a domestic placement having a package which includes 45 Lac fixed CTC #yearly from top IIMs.MBA/PGDM’s curriculum, practicality, and teaching staff of HBS is awesome when compared to IIM-A so you would learn a lot there. Also the cosmopolitian enviroment in US classroom would help you a lot in team building; Remember MBA is all about management.MBA in US is worth if done from any elite college and that’s universal truth but looking to expensive fees & visa situation, I would recomment to crack the CAT…. Think about your family before getting a death loan on the name of education (In US, a total two year expense including fees and living would not be less than 80Lakhs INR; scholarships would limit your choices when comes to great US colleges for which you ignored IIM), don’t put your 50+ year old father in an Indian ocean on a financially challenged ship; you won’t get time to earn bucks in US via part time waiting tables in restaurants while studying MBA in US as MBA demands good hours in college, few internships, and self-studying; it’s exhaustive in nature.
